Best value for money half board Sharm El Sheikh hotel? It's a resort! In Egypt, the water quality is not good regardless of the hotels near the beach. I definitely recommend bringing a filter! Sharm Al Sheikh hotels are usually expensive, but here you can stay at a relatively low price! The food is also delicious.

Three weeks was not enough to enjoy this amazing resort hotel. From check in to check out we enjoyed a great holiday in Parrotel Beach Resort. All of the rooms are a very generous size and well equipped. The gardens are amazing and beautifully kept. The main restaurant is spacious and comfortable and offers a wide choice of dishes, all beautifully presented. The staff here work really hard and Mohamed Kamal and Hesham are always on hand to help. There are also two other restaurants on site to choose from, The Fish Restaurant and The Italian Restaurant. On this last visit we dined at the Italian Restaurant where the food and service were excellent. There are three bars on site - the Beach Bar, the Pool Bar and the Toucan Bar. The swimming pool and surrounding area is very attractive and really spacious surrounded by lovely gardens. The beach covers a wide area and there is a jetty from which to swim, snorkel and scuba dive. Housekeeping is second to none and we have been fortunate to be looked after by Ayman for the first two weeks and Abdullah the third week. Reda, Front of House, was always on hand to help with anything we needed and Tamer, Concierge, always came up trumps. We certainly feel that Parrotel Beach is like home from home and this is evident by the amount of repeat guests. Many thanks to all and everyone on the staff who made our visit so enjoyable. We are looking forward to our next visit in two months’ time.

The entire hotel is very lively. There are a lot of people, mainly Russians. Basically the hotel staff will speak Russian first. Chinese people did n’t have any when we went, so they are Asian faces. What cannot be understood is that when the procedures are complete, we are informed that we cannot check in because the supplier is not Chinese. It's from the UK, let's contact the supplier by ourselves! So we contacted Ctrip. Ctrip was very active in communicating with suppliers. At this time, I heard the man at the front desk shouting: Chinese! Because there are a lot of people in this lobby, but there is no Chinese, so we judged that he must be calling us and then check in for us. The hotel did not apologize for causing us to check in late. Instead, Ctrip took the initiative to subsidize us 100 room rates. awesome! At this time, a waiter was expressionless and drove us to our residence with a shuttle bus! Since we only booked a hotel for 1 day, we had to check out at 12 noon the next day, but we were late at 3 o’clock in the evening on the second day, so we asked if we could check out late, and the answer was 70 Euros to stay in the evening. At 9 o'clock, we agreed, but we need to change rooms. Someone will take us to the changed room! We waited for the waiter in the room, who drove the shuttle bus. When we arrived in our room, we had a 30-inch suitcase and a check-in box. The waiter had a grieving face throughout the process and did not take the initiative to lift the box for us. As if we owed him and we carried the box for him, when I arrived at the shuttle bus, I put my cabin box behind the shuttle bus. At this time, my husband prepared to put the box in the front, and the waiter called him to put it in the back. But my husband hadn’t put the big suitcase in the car, but the waiter violently reversed the car. My cabin box banged from the car and fell directly to the ground, causing my RIMOWA suitcase to be thousands of big. There are obvious scratches on the hands. We are very surprised and angry at the rude service of such a big hotel. After the incident, we did not hear an apology! Are the Chinese not guests? The price of this hotel is not cheap, do we spend money in the hotel to enjoy this kind of service? Seriously, it is not recommended for Chinese people to live in this hotel! The hotel was extremely clean with ample space to use all the facilities, always able to sit by the pool or get a drink from the bar without waiting. The jewel in the crown is the amazing spa,the great prices and the best massage ever. I used it lots thank to the spa team for excellent service. A few improvements could be made, some sun loungers need replacing, the alcohol is a bit rough,maybe improve the food offering a little, but it was definitely fantastic value for money. What makes this hotel a winner is the wonderful staff and friendly atmosphere. Mo in the lobby bar, the amazing young man that left me a towel animal daily. Midoor provided great trips and advice saving us money and providing excellent service ( use him, cheaper than the reps), but what made our holiday was the fantastic restaurant team headed up by Manhoud. He looked after us so well and even arranged special food when a family member was unwell ( not hotel related) we looked forward to every meal time. Reception staff great too. It’s probably not quite 5 star just yet in my opinion but the staff make it an amazing experience and I plan to see them all again very soon.

My sister and I ate at the Zohreya restaurant daily. It not only met out expectations it by far exceeded. We travel often and found that waiting staff at this restaurant was excellent and provided superior service.
