You have two private terraces, both with sunblinds. 50 metres away from our house you will find the community pool. The first floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom 'rojo' has a large bed (160 x 200 cm) with very good mattresses, air-condition and a large wardrobe. The bedroom 'naranja' has a double-bed (160 x 200 cm) even with a very good mattress, a overhead fan, a safe box and a large wardrobe. Our house is situated in a quiet location, inbetween two famous touristic centers: Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cinema etc. are totally reachable. The beautiful sandy beach with loungers and parasols to hire is approx 5 km away. The distance to the ocean is about 5 km.
