We ask and at 10 minutes we come to pick up towels, paperboard etc .... Nos alojamos en este hotel una amiga y yo. En general muy bien. La atención y el trato genial, mi amiga tiene varias intolerancias y estuvieron pendientes de ella los tres días en el desayuno. La habitación que nos tocó era un poco pequeña pero bien, ya que sólo estuvimos allí para dormir. La única pega fue que nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior y las vistas que teníamos eran las calderas del hotel. Sacando esto, lo demás muy bien.

El hotel, sus habitaciones y el personal de recepción son maravillosos y muy amables. La habitación es bastante amplia y muy acogedora. Pero, el servicio de limpieza ha sido bastante nefasto. Nos quedamos 3 noches, y el Segundo día tuvimos que alertar que nuestra habitación no había sido limpiada el primer día. La mañana en la que nos íbamos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 8:50h sin aviso ni disculpa dando un portazo y asustándonos ya que estábamos durmiendo y no teníamos que dejarla hasta las 12:00h. Lamentable la actitud del personal de limpieza, que lejos de disculp****, han negado esto, aún habiendo fotos de los indicadores de la puerta ( tanto del de hacer la habitación como del de no molestar), dejando a dirección pidiéndonos perdón en su nombre.

Hotel is very good, but I would not recommend the restaurant. Starter was excellent (3 langoustinas with carpaccio of viera). Then I had kind of steak, my husband had fabada asturiana. Both were not good, so we returned it after eating just a bit. We did not have to pay for this, which is OK, but like this it is not nice to go a restaurant.

GGuest UserHotel is very good, but I would not recommend the restaurant. Starter was excellent (3 langoustinas with carpaccio of viera). Then I had kind of steak, my husband had fabada asturiana. Both were not good, so we returned it after eating just a bit. We did not have to pay for this, which is OK, but like this it is not nice to go a restaurant.

Nos alojamos en este hotel una amiga y yo. En general muy bien. La atención y el trato genial, mi amiga tiene varias intolerancias y estuvieron pendientes de ella los tres días en el desayuno. La habitación que nos tocó era un poco pequeña pero bien, ya que sólo estuvimos allí para dormir. La única pega fue que nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior y las vistas que teníamos eran las calderas del hotel. Sacando esto, lo demás muy bien.

GGuest UserEl hotel, sus habitaciones y el personal de recepción son maravillosos y muy amables. La habitación es bastante amplia y muy acogedora. Pero, el servicio de limpieza ha sido bastante nefasto. Nos quedamos 3 noches, y el Segundo día tuvimos que alertar que nuestra habitación no había sido limpiada el primer día. La mañana en la que nos íbamos abrieron la puerta de la habitación a las 8:50h sin aviso ni disculpa dando un portazo y asustándonos ya que estábamos durmiendo y no teníamos que dejarla hasta las 12:00h. Lamentable la actitud del personal de limpieza, que lejos de disculp****, han negado esto, aún habiendo fotos de los indicadores de la puerta ( tanto del de hacer la habitación como del de no molestar), dejando a dirección pidiéndonos perdón en su nombre.
