"There is no electric kettle, and what is more terrible is that you can boil water with your own electric kettle. The boiled tap water is suspended particles and I dare not drink it. There is no parking space, just on Saturday, after I checked in, I spent 20 blindly on the street to find a parking space. It took about an hour to get back from the church after dinner to find a public parking lot with vacant seats."

"We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good.
Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return."
"The price is very high, you can park at the door, if you park in the underground garage, it will cost 15 euros a night. The parking lot is a bit small and is a voice-controlled light, a bit scary hahahahaha"
"We have only been a day, so it's a perception more than an experience. The service is low to forgiveness, the feeling is old perhaps by the furniture, the large and well-equipped rooms with everything needed in it and bathroom, most of them give indoor courtyards and with little light, The rooms are not very light ...., generally meets the fair price quality ratio."
"We have good trip in Cuenca. My son really enjoy his trip as stay at Exe Cuenca. We suggest that the Hotel restaurant shall be opened for lunch and dinner respectively. Because we don't find any good food in shopping mall nearby. "
"I especially like Cuenca.
The hotel is a former residence. Every room layout will be different. Waiting for you to check in to explore surprises. Or have a terrace, or a balcony.
The room can see the St. Pablo Bridge and the monastery opposite, and it takes ten minutes to walk. On the bridge you can see the hanging house and our hotel.
Breakfast in the restaurant, the window is beautiful, very pleasant."

"The hotel is a Giraldo convent, as they called us to be moved from the hotel for a defect at the Leonor hotel in Aquitania.
In the hotel Convento de Giraldo, everything is very good, clean, perfect treatment, central location,"
