Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the sea view from our balcony absolutely stunning. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was lovely and cool to come back to after a hot day on the beach. The food was excellent with so many choices. The staff were super friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back

The stay was running very well until the last day, and the day before the check-out, we warned that we would make the check-out earlier to which the staff member responded and responded insignificantly. We also had to insist that we would need to have breakfast, but the room number was asked, but the next day there was no staff member to check out, as well as no breakfast. We waited about 30 minutes to check out, we almost lost the flight and we didn't have the right to breakfast, being discriminated against on a paper that we would have the right to breakfast by warning the staff on the previous day.

I recently stayed at Zero Drach del Mar on May 20th and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. While there were some issues mentioned in other reviews, I personally found the overall stay to be quite pleasant. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They were friendly, accommodating, and truly made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The management team was attentive and always ready to assist, which was greatly appreciated. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the food. The culinary offerings at Zero Drach del Mar were amazing, with a variety of flavors and dishes to choose from. However, I did notice that the food tended to cool down quickly, which was a minor downside. It would have also been helpful to have clearer labeling for dietary preferences or restrictions. The pool area was another positive aspect of the hotel. It provided a serene and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time there, appreciating the captivating ambiance. While the building itself may require additional work, I could see the positive impact of the partial reform that has taken place. The management's efforts to improve the hotel are evident, and I believe that with further enhancements, Zero Drach del Mar has the potential to be an amazing destination in the future. The exceptional staff, delightful culinary experience, and captivating pool area outweighed the minor issues I encountered. I would recommend Zero Drach del Mar to fellow travelers, keeping in mind the ongoing improvements that are being made, although they are not noticed.

Overall a lovely resort, with friendly staff and lots of entertainment throughout the day. But there are some things to be aware of if you book. The bungalows are nice and kept very clean. But they are on the small side so if you’ve got a child bigger than a toddler, it might get a bit cramped. The resort is really spread out across a hillside so you rely on golf buggies to get around. We didn’t mind this and our little one loved it, but we were located quite far from the kids pool so had to pack for the full day rather than being able to nip to and front the room. The floor around the main pool and kids pool is SO SO slippy. If you’re taking kids make sure they have water shoes. It’s anxiety inducing watching kids run about with no shoes on. Hopefully a solution is put in place soon before someone ends up with a serious injury. The food in the main restaurant has lots of variety and on the whole is nice, but we’ve had better. The Mexican is much nicer and feels more like a restaurant, so we preferred that in the evening. The evening entertainment doesn’t start until 9.30 which is late for most kids. We struggled to see much of it with our almost 3 year old but what we did see was great. On the whole it’s a great place, but with some small improvements it could be even better.
