"Staff and service excellent, room was very clean, very happy with the food available and the price, as well as the fact that there is on-site parking. The only negative was the beds - mattresses were too hard and pillows too deep for me. Didn't sleep very well."

"Four-star hotel that is related to its general facilities. The breakfast included with the reservation was quite complete and varied. Highlight the spa for its facilities, which are also included with the reservation at no additional cost. The cost of parking is €5 although there is outdoor parking free of charge. Its location is not good since the beach area is quite far away and it is isolated."

"Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious."

"La ubicación era la idónea para el trabajo que íbamos a realizar, por estar muy cerca de la autopista A7. Servicio excelente: personal muy amable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, aunque son un poco antiguas (una actualización no les vendría mal). Aparcamiento muy cómodo. El desayuno totalmente de nuestro agrado, y no comimos allí, por lo que no puedo opinar sobre el restaurante."
