I’m just back from the hotel and I really enjoyed my stay there. Firstly, the staff are fantastic. All are friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are lovely - spotless and beautifully designed. I would suggest a couple of areas for further improvement. I had a basic room. It was a good size and the bed was incredibly comfortable The room did seem need a bit of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of the communal areas. The Balcony door is quite old for example. The bathroom toiletries were a bit basic too - unattractive squeezy bottle with thick green liquid. They didn’t feel very luxurious to use. Secondly, the loungers on the gorgeous roof terrace were a bit uncomfortable. There’s a bar that sticks into your back. I offer these suggestions in the context that I think this is a super hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Massive choice and lovely to have eggs made to order. Thank you to all at the hotel - I hope to return!

Great family business. I really like smaller places in top locations where You are Someone- Guest! Big commercial hotels are like many making fabrics where food is so bad and You are no one! Here Food was like from Michelin star restaurant with friendly chats and peaceful atmosphere. Amazing! Room is super clean and has everything what You will need in long or short stay. I was there 6 nights and i could do way more in the same spot because there is everything next to You; beach is just next to, so many shops: different cousins (if You will have enough of hotel restaurant - but I don’t believe that!), bus stop is 5 min walk. Staff - impressed in terms of how many languages they speak! And how friendly they are:) All together from me 10/10! Highly recommend I’ll be back for sure.

Thank you for this amazing week staying in your lovely hotel! All of you did a great job! It is such a personal atmosphere and you all give the hotel guests such a good feeling. For me it was like staying with friends and i appreciate and really loved to listening to music in the guest-room in the evening :) - after a delicious meal. Big compliment for the kitchen. Hemos pasado unos dias maravillosos gracias a los empleados que son amabilisimos y atentos, la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel y sus instalaciones como las piscinas y que parece el complejo una casa privada y el buffet muy rico y variado. La unica pega que le veo son los horarios de cenas que como la zona es alemana es solo hasta las 20:30 y para los españoles estaria bien por lo menos hasta las nueve ya que no estamos habituados a cenar tan pronto, un margen mas estaria bien. Todos los empleados majisimos los chicos de recepcin como Miguel o los camareros Manolo y el señor Paco grandes profesionales y amables. Ese trato se echa mucho de menos en estos tiempos. GRACIAS POR HACERNOS FELICES EN ESTOS DIAS

Excellent hotel. We stayed for a couple of days here and found it to be above average 3 star. It was clean and comfortable. The half board food was very varied and good quality. Presentation was excellent all round and waiting staff were particularly helpful, courteous and hard working. I would definitely come back to stay and recommend this hotel to anyone who requires recommendation. It is also v close to the centre of town so ideal!

Just back from a week break in Paguera. This was a very last minute trip and we were very lucky to find such a great hostal The proprietors were so kind and welcoming. Spotlessly clean throughout, comfy beds and pillows. Charming chambermaid Breakfast was simple but plenty of choice and freshly cooked eggs, bacon and sausage along with normal cold meats, cheese and fruit Very hot whilst we were there and Paguera is a lively loud resort until about midnight but there is air con although we just left the balcony door open so early nights were not possible 2 minutes from the beach and as many bars and restaurants as you could ever desire

Excellent
Our last night here and we will be sad to leave. Our room was one of a couple that don't have a balcony as it was fully booked. However this did not spoil our stay as we spent most of the time by the pool. Room was spotless and cleaned every day if we wanted it to be. The choices at breakfast and dinner have been really good. Fran the restaurant head waiter is so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was so helpful when we booked in but we have to mention the barman, (Mouris not sure of the spelling) he is such a lovely helpful person. The hotel is postioned on a slight hill but only a 2-3 min walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. This hotel is definitely worth a visit.

I’m just back from the hotel and I really enjoyed my stay there. Firstly, the staff are fantastic. All are friendly and helpful. The common areas of the hotel are lovely - spotless and beautifully designed. I would suggest a couple of areas for further improvement. I had a basic room. It was a good size and the bed was incredibly comfortable The room did seem need a bit of refurbishment to bring it up to the standard of the communal areas. The Balcony door is quite old for example. The bathroom toiletries were a bit basic too - unattractive squeezy bottle with thick green liquid. They didn’t feel very luxurious to use. Secondly, the loungers on the gorgeous roof terrace were a bit uncomfortable. There’s a bar that sticks into your back. I offer these suggestions in the context that I think this is a super hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Massive choice and lovely to have eggs made to order. Thank you to all at the hotel - I hope to return!

Fabulous, friendly stay with everything you need for a short break. The rooms are all different ..some have balconies some not. Our room was small but had everything we needed including a fridge and coffee machine , Although the balcony overlooked the street ... we didn't mind the street noise ...others might prefer not to overlook street. Staff are the key in this hotel ... friendly , helpful and efficient ...they all worked hard . Close to both main High Street, beach , and bus stop for Palma ..it suited us well. A small pool and a rooftop terrace are a bonus. Breakfast was super ( great value for money) ; a selection of hot and cold items, cereals yogurts and fruit .... plentiful. If you are looking for luxury, stunning views and gardens then maybe this is not the place for you ... but for us it was excellent and we would return another time. It provided excellent value and felt safe and friendly. Carlotta and her team did us proud. Thank you

Hemos pasado unos dias maravillosos gracias a los empleados que son amabilisimos y atentos, la tranquilidad que se respira en el hotel y sus instalaciones como las piscinas y que parece el complejo una casa privada y el buffet muy rico y variado. La unica pega que le veo son los horarios de cenas que como la zona es alemana es solo hasta las 20:30 y para los españoles estaria bien por lo menos hasta las nueve ya que no estamos habituados a cenar tan pronto, un margen mas estaria bien. Todos los empleados majisimos los chicos de recepcin como Miguel o los camareros Manolo y el señor Paco grandes profesionales y amables. Ese trato se echa mucho de menos en estos tiempos. GRACIAS POR HACERNOS FELICES EN ESTOS DIAS

Great family business. I really like smaller places in top locations where You are Someone- Guest! Big commercial hotels are like many making fabrics where food is so bad and You are no one! Here Food was like from Michelin star restaurant with friendly chats and peaceful atmosphere. Amazing! Room is super clean and has everything what You will need in long or short stay. I was there 6 nights and i could do way more in the same spot because there is everything next to You; beach is just next to, so many shops: different cousins (if You will have enough of hotel restaurant - but I don’t believe that!), bus stop is 5 min walk. Staff - impressed in terms of how many languages they speak! And how friendly they are:) All together from me 10/10! Highly recommend I’ll be back for sure.

For me it was like staying with friends and i appreciate and really loved to listening to music in the guest-room in the evening :) - after a delicious meal. Big compliment for the kitchen. GGuest UserExcellent hotel. We stayed for a couple of days here and found it to be above average 3 star. It was clean and comfortable. The half board food was very varied and good quality. Presentation was excellent all round and waiting staff were particularly helpful, courteous and hard working. I would definitely come back to stay and recommend this hotel to anyone who requires recommendation. It is also v close to the centre of town so ideal!
