We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good. We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms and a lovely terrace. Unfortunately our walk at the Caminito del Rey got cancelled due to the hot weather in the afternoon but there are plenty of nice walks near the hotel and a lovely pool with amazing views to relax. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

Pero el servicio es espectacular, la amabilidad de todas las personas que trabajan en el Hotel Cortijo Chico, hacen que siempre quieras volver. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar con profesionalidad, aconsejando adecuadamente y sin olvidar nunca la sonrisa. Gabriel, Antonio y un sinfín de personas consiguen con su trato amable engrandecer cualquier evento que quieras celebrar dentro del marco incomparable de sus jardines.

Unos apartamentos modernos, todo nuevo y acogedores. Algunos con terracita y todo lo necesario. Ubicación excelente para hacer el caminito del Rey. Hay piscina y jacuzzi q venía muy bien con el calor que hacía. En el pueblo hay muchos bares para cenar y comer

2 nts RO - we arrived after midnight with hire car. 24 reception, free parking. Very comfy memory foam mattress topper. Able to get v reasonably priced sandwich after midnight from their lobby venting machine ( 1.80 euro) 9 euro for very decent breakfast Quirky hotel , lovely courtyard ( Moroccan style) to sit / read and pool with sun-beds was open yet water cold . Didn’t try their independent restaurant but had a trip again fairly priced. Taxi on one of their holidays 14 euro to malaga city centre Hotel close to airport but quite complicated/ long route to it - Hotel give better instructions than *********** address . Manager did warn us though. Nothing else there cant walk around

A curious little hotel. Location is either amazing on top of Monda with great views ..or tricky to get to depending on your perspective. Nice and fair value restaurant and bar with terrace but patchy and rather slow service (waited ages to get served in the bar). Traditional style but decent sized rooms with firm beds. Monda town is a short 10 minute walk downhill but a steep hike back. Some petty policies like a deposit for pool towels were unnecessarily irritating.
