Just returned from a fabulous 11 night holiday. We had a room with a side sea view lovely spacious room, walk in shower (rooms with a bath also available), mini fridge, microwave, safe (extra charge). Spacious terrace with 2 chairs, table and 2 sun loungers. Always loungers around the pool. The usual suspects reserving sun beds before 9.00 despite notices. Entertainment was good and lovely lounge area. Prices for drinks very reasonable 3.50 euros for a large beer (excellent beer). We were half board and the food was delicious plenty of choice and vegetarians well catered for. The staff were very friendly. Stand out was Renata on reception who arranged for our daughter who was staying for part of our holiday to have a room near ours. The hotel is closing in the spring for refurbishment and I hope the staff get some clarity soon on what will be happening to them when it closes as it is causing them some anxiety. It was really nice to see the staff really enjoying their jobs and hope they can return when the hotel reopens. The hotel is in fabulous location just near the beach and at the quiet end of the *****. We are planning to return next October.

Great family apartments, very clean thanks to the lovely ladies who work there and who will also do a full bag of washing for €5. There's no air con but fans are free from reception. Quiet and safe resort within 10 minutes walk of the main *****. There's also a lidl about 15 minutes walk away and only €4 back in a taxi. There are a few smaller supermarkets close by too. A few recommendations for restaurants in puerto del carmen, Sebastyans is an authentic Greek restaurant past lani's. Amazing food, incredible views and reasonably priced, definitely worth a visit. Also Port O Mar opposite the steps to the beach is reasonably priced and the guys are very welcoming and great with the kids. If you want to just stop for a beer then el kioska is in a nice wee spot, and a large beer is only €1.80 Overall Tisalaya are great family apartments in a good location and very clean.

Arrived home last week but because of Christmas stuff to do I have only just found time to write a review, this was a celebration for my 68th birthday and a winter holiday combined. This is our 17th visit in less than 3 years to Lanzarote Village and again it was perfect, we were greeted like friends when we checked in and it was lovely to feel so happy to be ‘home’. All the staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you, we were lucky to get the room we requested again. The hotel staff are all so friendly from the maids to the ground staff everyone welcomes you with a ‘hola’ or buenos dias. The hotel is really clean in all areas and the maids do a lovely job of the rooms and the lemony scent when they have been in is lovely. The food in the restaurant for breakfast dinner and evening meals is always good, anyone who says there’s nothing to eat must have problems because we have never had a problem finding something at every meal. The food at the pool bar is also 1st class and includes burgers, pizza, chicken nuggets which I love, toasted sandwiches, spaghetti bolognese, fries etc. The bar opens for drinks at 10.30 and serves beer, wine slushies, coffee. A special thanks to Miguel and Aaron and especially Manu the lifeguard for putting up with my hubby’s jokes 😂. There is water available at the bar all day and ice cream for guests on all inclusive, coffee and cakes are available at 3.30 for all inclusive guests. As always we have had a lovely 10 day holiday and look forward to returning in April to celebrate our golden wedding and my hubbys birthday. My daughter and I spent a great week at Hipotels La Geria. The Hotel is attractive and has a beautiful pool. It is in a good location, just across the road from a huge sandy beach and only a few minutes walk to bars, restaurants and local shops. Puerto del Carmen centre is only a short bus ride away, too, if you want more. The Hotel itself was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was also clean and comfortable, with a good size bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space, fridge and a free to use safe. We were half board and found a huge choice of food available for both breakfast and dinner. We arrived late in the evening on our first day and although the restaurant was closed, they had put some cold meats, cheese and fruit out for us to eat, which was a welcome sight! We were warned that they were doing some building work on the Spa during the day, which is located near the pool but we weren't bothered by any noise or dust etc. when we used the pool. All in all, a lovely stay and we would definitely go back.

Having stayed previously in a Diamond Resort complex on the Costa Del Sol we were hoping that Club Del Carmen would offer the same standard of accommodation and it did not disappoint. This is a fantastic small complex in a quiet area of Puerto Del Carmen literally across the road from a fantastic sandy beach. It is a short walk along the coast (5-10mins) to the start of the main ***** but there are bars and restaurants closer. The on site Baily Bar does fantastic quality food, well worth staying on site and having dinner here. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, one bedroom opens onto a terrace with sun loungers. Upstairs there is a living and kitchen area, another shower room with WC, and a balcony with table and chairs. The kitchen has everything you need including a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, hib and oven and large fridge freezer. Plenty of equipment to self cater if you want to pans pots cutlery etc. The apartment also has iron and ironing board. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The on site pool is small but the complex is small and the pool never felt overly busy. The sunbed booking system is great means that there's no mad rush. Never an issue securing beds but the complex is so small most people seemed just to bathe on their patio or balcony.. Also the option to have freshly baked pasty and bread delivered to your room is something we used every day. Overall it's a brilliant complex with a great on site bar and restaurant in a fantastic location. All staff were very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this complex. It was brilliant.

We have just returned from our second time at Panorama - a 5 night stay. (previously 10). We love it here! It feels like our Lanzarote home now and we have booked again for March next year. -The staff are lovely -Food at the pool bar is yummy -Rooms are great - just wish the un-refurbished ones had the ceiling fan as that was greatly missed on our first trip! -Pool area very chilled - no rush for sunbeds in a morning Overall, we once again came home feeling chilled - thank you Panorama :D x

Great holiday to start off the festive season. All staff excellent, helpful and professional. Room comfort good and very clean, free use of safe,fridge and bathrobes if AI . The food okay but not as good as used to be, the roast looks to be straight off a field and put on the carving plate all red and bloody the chef said people like their meat very rare, I don't think so. Lots of choice with a special meal each evening. Drinks are served from the drinks menu and you get a bottle of wine if AI otherwise wine is about 16 euros a bottle. The night entertainment has not improved at all in quality and has really poor acts, however it is on now at 9.30pm which is better, need for improvement necessary. We didn't wait long for drinks to be served. Pool bar for lunch is very good and staff work extremely hard and are lovely. Lots of sunbeds and towels available from reception at 10 euros deposit. There was a conference on our last 2 days the people were extremely loud and made the place uncomfortable and full. After the first day things appeared to settle down and part of the restaurant was closed off for them and their meal times altered. I am unsure if this continued but I certainty felt the impact and not in a good way. The hotel made a great effort with the Xmas decorations and they created a great atmosphere. We certainly enjoyed our winter holiday and overall everything went well.
