My 3rd visit....love this hotel and the staff are so helpful and accommodating...so clean all around the hotel and the location right on the beach is a bonus... coming back next week! Usually come out in may so will be a different experience this time as coming out in August..

We were on holiday when we stopped by for a breakfast in this Hotel. Never have I had a more pleasant meal. Renata was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She was very friendly, kind and funny as well. Thanks Renata for the wonderful care given to us. We will be back on our next holiday! I can’t describe the hotel as we haven’t been for as a hotel guest but hotel looks clean, modern and very cozy.

Booked this as a cheap base to stay while house hunting in the area. Our flight wasn't till 8.30 pm so by the time we had landed, got through passport control, got our cases and car and driven the 45 minute drive we were arriving early hours of the next day. They had given our self catering apartment away as we were a ”no show”. Offered us a room with two single beds but the guy saw the look on my face and gave us a double. We were so tired we took it so we could get some sleep and the next day we would take it up with reception. In the morning looking around the room the was no tea/coffee facilities, the laminate flooring was lifting, there was someone else's dirty razor holding the bathroom window shut and to get in the shower (the bathroom was so small) your legs rubbed along to side of the toilet getting in and out. Mmmm lovely. We went to reception who then offered us a self catering apartment we were meant to have but looking that was no better and it had one window in the whole apartment making it the most dark and dingy space. I was ready to find an air bnb in the area but they then gave us a 3 bed apartment in another complex. Huge improvement on what they had offered us, would benefit from some paint and basics were missing like a toaster and furniture for the balcony, tiles missing in the shower area and the shower doors didn't close properly meaning the bathroom got a bit flooded, but it was an improvement. Just to top it off my partner had just got out of the shower one afternoon and had literally just walked through to get dressed when someone opened our door and came in. The reception had given keys to another guest. We had iPhones, AirPods, money, passports in the apartment meaning someone could've just stolen what they want. I phoned through to reception and turned out they should've been given the keys to next door but didn't even give as much as an apology. Avoid!!!

Nice hotel and great value for money. About 15/20 minutes from lovely and busy sea front with beaches, restaurants, bars etc. Other restaurants good near hotel, Irish Bar short walk away Room was quite small and a bit dated, but clean. Bathroom needed updating Had an issue with the fridge in my room but replaced same day. Nice friendly staff.

I took my own advice from my review last year. Got a pool facing room which was much quieter. Nice big clean room with a massive bed. Took our own pillows. Friendly reception staff. The bathroom area was very modern, but the shower had a button missing so we had to shower with the hand held hose as we couldn’t turn it to the overhead shower. Reported it but the young lady on reception knew, oh if you have short nails you can get it to work by poking your finger in the hole. Really? Why not just fix it? Location is ideal for bars, restaurants and the promenade.
