"Мы останавливались в отеле на одну ночь, нам всё понравилось. Основные плюсы: отличное расположение отеля, в самом центре на пешеходной улице; в номере чисто, достаточно просторно; есть чайник и кофемашина; в декабре в номере было тепло и уютно.
Небольшие недостатки: стойка ресепшн находится очень близко к номерам, возможна слышимость; ресепшен работает не всё время - багаж после выселения и до вечера мы оставить не смогли (предлагали только до 16 часов).
Всё остальное отлично!"

"Excellent “four star” hotel, Reception Staff helpful, professional and friendly, accommodation excellent. I do feel to pay an additional car parking charge of 15 euros in their underground garage area is frankly an unnecessary extra for hotel guests… parking in the surrounding streets is difficult. Food was just ordinary if a little overpriced, my Veal Entrecôte was mostly good but in parts tough and chewy, chips nothing outstanding, my advice would be to eat out at the many excellent restaurants in the adjoining street. Overall a good four star accommodation but restaurant is lacking due to average food and pricing just on the verge of being to high for what you get."

"We arrived around 10am, but they were able to prepare our room right away, which was very helpful. They also arranged a round-trip taxi to Altamira Caves at our request. The caves were the reason we visited Santander, and we had been wondering how to get there, but thanks to their help, it was a wonderful experience. There are many fashionable clothing stores within walking distance of the hotel. If you have time, it's also nice to take a walk to the port. We had a wonderful day and fell in love with Santander."

"Overall, I was satisfied. The view wasn't toward the harbor as shown in the photos, but rather toward the residential area on the other side, which was actually better in terms of noise.
The breakfast could be more varied for a 4-star hotel. It's also a shame that they only offer Nespresso capsule machines for coffee."

"The hotel is located near the city center and it takes about 13 minutes to reach the seaside, which is very convenient. The hotel has unique design and novel appearance. It is located in a residential area and the surrounding environment is not impressive. It is far away from the beach area, but there are public buses to get there, but the fare is more expensive. One trip is already 1.3 euros. Santander taxi is even more expensive, at least 25 euros from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast food at the hotel is of good quality and highly recommended. I stayed for 2 days and went to the city center to visit the beach every day and had seafood lunch and dinner. It was very comfortable and convenient."

BBronsteinA newer apartment without kitchen and with free parking (10 Euros). For Spanish conditions, probably a fine area. Unfortunately, nothing is lost in the neighborhood and beautiful views were not there. It was too expensive for me to count the necessary parking place. It was quiet for a few guests. A microwave shell would certainly be useful here to prepare a little bit.

Un desastre las paredes. Es como si no hubiera paredes o puertas. Pero lo peor es la gente que se hospeda. Todos los grupos que había unos irrespetuosos. 2,3,5 6 de la mañana gritando en los corredores. Tenía que gritarles cada vez que pasaban. Todos. No hay educación lamentablemente.
