After deciding on the hotel and seeing some comments...I was honestly a little suspicious, a pleasant surprise to see that my suspicion was wrong, the attention at reception was SPLENDID (look how annoying I was), the living room was beautiful, the dining room was perfect, we booked half board and quality/price was very good (they also have a menu for those who don't want menu options) a hotel that both in terms of treatment, facilities, etc. is 10, I don't know if the complaints I read were from people who are usually Accustomed to hotels in Abu Dhabi... I travel a lot, in different categories and we will definitely repeat this one.

We decided to make a family meal with children in the hotel restaurant. The first time, everything seemed wonderful (localization, service...), but at the end it was a fiasco. We asked the adults for the menu, because there was no other option, and for children we only asked one to share (tomat macaroni) The hotel was a very good place to stay in the hotel, and the hotel was a good place to stay in the hotel. who treated very good and pleasant, he told us that it was a decision of his boss, so we asked to talk to him simply to say that we had not asked for menu and that we understood that we didn't have to pay for it. The responsible who served us, and I imagine he was the responsible/owner of the hotel, was a genuinely unhappy and a grudge treating us in a tone that I think is unacceptable for a person working in the face of the public and with a position of responsibility . Since then, it is a pity that people like this, destroy the service of their staff and that this kind of management, The hotel is completely empty and it is very good to decide not to offer restaurant service, but if they decide to offer it, PD: Otherwise, the price of a coated macaroni with Brick tomato sauce is €18.
