Perfect location to unwind, swim and cycle. We booked a privilege room which gave us a small balcony to sit and look across the lake. Note that these are side on to the lake not front facing. We hired bikes from Vincent the concierge (who was amazing, polite, helpful with great advice) and cycled around the lake. The electric bikes were very helpful as it was incredibly steep in parts. We stopped at Baie de Tallories for ice cream and a lovely view. We didn’t pre boom breakfast but did have it both days, very nice but overpriced at €30 pp Quick drink in the bar but didn’t go back as staff were quite rude, very different from the rest of the staff who couldn’t have been more delightful. Great walks into town for food and drinks. Will definitely return (just not to the bar)

Les Tresoms Resort is a real gem of a hotel nestled in the perfect spot between outdoor mountain adventure and old world French city splendor. The hotel has such lovely charm with amenities for all the guests to enjoy. We came for a wedding at the resort and the setting, food and service were all fabulous! Our room was so pretty with spectacular views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond. We enjoyed an easy walk into Annecy each day and if we had stayed longer (next time!) the trails and bikes on offer would have been fun, too! The pool was lovely for a late afternoon swim with a bit of lounging before enjoying the restaurants at the hotel and in Annecy. A truly lovely part of France that we look forward to exploring more in the years to come. Merci beaucoup!!

We spent 4 nights here recently and enjoyed our stay. Staff were all friendly and most spoke some English. They served a nice breakfast. The hotel was convenient to many restaurants and was walking distance from the train station. Annecy itself is well worth the visit.

This is an excellent hotel at the high end of 4 star. Breakfast is the best I have had in Europe. Rooms are good. Beds super comfy and a variety of pillows to suit your taste. Resaurant is top end. It has an indoor or out door choice. To sit outside with breakfast in the morning looking at the lake is beautiful. The Pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds and a great place to chill. Parking is in an underground garage and very safe. So safe most days our room key wouldn’t open it. Reception needs to sort that. Otherwise excellent stay over 6 days

Excellent location, calm rooms, very aesthetically designed rooms with nice sunroof in both bathroom and above bed. Checkin and check out process was smooth. They have breakfast option inside the hotel, but we have not trued as we overslept both days:).. Highly recommended for couples/ 2 adults stay. They don’t have third cot provision and request only 2 adults per room.Me and my daughter stayed and we enjoyed every bit of it. Only thing i would suggest for hotel, please offer your that free coffee which you set up in the evenings from 1-9pm, in the mornings at-least for an hour. They provide coffee, tea and some biscuits for their guests every evening. Its a nice gesture. It could be extended in the morning too. For few those who skip breakfast, only coffee would be of great help.

We were very happy at this hotel. Our room was modern, large, comfortable beds and extremely clean. Staff were great too, very helpful. We would certainly consider staying here again. The location is great, right in centre of old town and close to lake. Only negative is that mid-summer Annecy is very busy, and the crowds seem to gather right outside the hotel! Our room was quiet, however - 4th floor and great double glazing worked perfectly.

Very good hotel, especially with an oversized separate terrace where you can have a cup of coffee outside. The room is small, there is no extra bed, there is a parking lot downstairs, breakfast is charged, not bought. There is a kitchen where you can cook for yourself.

GGuest UserIf you are cycling in the Alps and want to base out of Annecy (you should) this place is really great. They have a studio apartment on the 5th floor (502 for us) that can in theory sleep 4 (bed + sofa bed) and honestly it wouldn’t;t be too bad if you are students on a budget, My girlfriend and I who were not on a budget stayed here because it has a little kitchen and a balcony. The Balcony is great for bike assembly and storage (see photo) - if you are a cyclist you know what I mean. If you have a tough morning ride and want to chill the little kitchen table and kitchenette is great - you can do French thing and get Bread, Cheese and Charcuterie and chill with a bottle of wine (especially if it’s dumping rain which it did one day) It has a fridge, coffee machine and a microwave, even a bathtub. Additionally, the staff are totally cool. I don’t ascribe the the French are rude maxim, it’s rarely happened to me but these people are super nice and helpful. I bumble about in bad French but they speak English here and are nice about it when Google Translate fails. It has a work area downstairs and breakfast if you want it (we didn’t try it) It has Laundry Machines on site!! You have to pay but they are here without a walk. Take your bibs and kit and wash them in comfort while you drink wine on your balcony. If you aren’t cycling but want a little hotel apartment there isn’t really any reason not to. Final Push: It’s 5 minute walk max from the train station and 10 minutes to anything you want to see in Annecy proper. 5 stars

Officially listed as 2 stars, this hotel provides everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms, while not huge, are comfortable and very clean and fitted with air conditioning. Excellent breakfasts available, if required. The location is ideal being a 5 minute walk from the bus and train station and just on the edge of the old town, which is great for exploring.

陈陈The train station will be available soon, and it takes about three minutes to walk. It is very convenient for people who travel by train. Breakfast 8 euros, the price is ok. It is highly recommended that the sushi restaurant opposite the hotel, the French chef's creative sushi is delicious!

The Good: - very friendly and approachable staffs. easy breezy check in/out - top central location near old town, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the lake! - great deco at the lobby, modern and filled with fun activities - parking garage right next to it - room with balcony and riverside view, also come with kettle. Nice air-conditioned. - reasonably priced Less Good: - extremely old parking garage - filthy dirty, small tight spaces, can be pricey for long hours parking - room and upper floors are very dated, old furnishing, quite basic. Not the same as the standard modern Ibis style - small, old and not-smart tv (not big issue but again it makes the room sad) Overall good for short stay but can be better for sure to suit the modern Ibis image!

GGuest UserThis is a really nice 3* hotel with very pleasant staff who made us feel really welcome. It's situalted very close to the lake and the Imperial Hotel. It's probably about a km walk from the old town. I would recommend hiring a bike to anyone staying around the lake as its the easiest way to get around and very pleasant on warm days. The room was a good size, had a lovely bathroom and the double bed was at least a kingsize. The largest bed I've ever slept in at a hotel! The mattress was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit average in comparison. There was no fridge in the room, maybe you have to request that separately. My only criticism is that the room pretty much constantly smelled of smoke. I suspect the aircon meant people in smoking rooms were perhaps getting smoke circulated around. As a result we had to leave our window open the whole time. It's a shame because otherwise it is really a great place to stay.

VVoyage00931627147The entire interior is designed with love and different themes on each floor. I really enjoyed how even the staircase was carefully decorated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, e.g., for places to go, maps or keeping luggage in their storage. They were always ready for a little chat. I really slept like a baby in the bed as the bed was comfy and the room very quiet (even though facing a street). Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was small but was also nicely and practically designed with a hot & powerful shower. The hotel's location directly in the old city centre and only 2min from the bus/train station was a bonus.

Les Tresoms Resort is a real gem of a hotel nestled in the perfect spot between outdoor mountain adventure and old world French city splendor. The hotel has such lovely charm with amenities for all the guests to enjoy. We came for a wedding at the resort and the setting, food and service were all fabulous! Our room was so pretty with spectacular views of Lake Annecy and the mountains beyond. We enjoyed an easy walk into Annecy each day and if we had stayed longer (next time!) the trails and bikes on offer would have been fun, too! The pool was lovely for a late afternoon swim with a bit of lounging before enjoying the restaurants at the hotel and in Annecy. A truly lovely part of France that we look forward to exploring more in the years to come. Merci beaucoup!!

Very reasonably priced hotel in a residential neighborhood. Classic small hotel. Room was spotless, staff helpful and friendly. English spoken. We had a triple room for two and it was possibly the largest room and certainly the largest bathroom entire trip. Breakfast buffet good selection. Free on street parking and no trouble finding a place. It is a thirty minute walk to old town straight down a main street or one can drive in and use city parking. We generally walked. No lift and no AC. Our room was quite comfortable at night.

Vieil Annecy
老老二连To Annese, go to the Old Town. The river from the western mountains runs through the old town and injects Lake Annese in front of the town hall. The main streets of the old town are on both sides of the River, and many buildings were built in the 12th to 17th centuries and are well preserved. The old stone roads are still medieval, and most of them are pedestrian streets. The streets along the river are filled with open-air cafes, souvenir shops, hotels and restaurants, while the arches of buildings and the bridges across the river are filled with flowers. The conical palace "Island Palace" on the central island of the River Hugh and the Anasi Fort on the high slope at the end of St. Clair Road, the main small street of the Old Town, are Anasi's iconic ancient buildings, which form a strong tourist landscape with the town's small streets, running water, flowers and tourists.
