The landlord Seghi lives in the loft apartment upstairs. He and his wife and two sons live upstairs and share the bathroom and toilet downstairs. They go upstairs to rest at 10 o'clock in the evening. During that time, the bathroom is equivalent to independent use.
Note that the check-in and check-out time is from 19pm to 10am. There is a parking lot behind the apartment and you have to wait for other cars to leave. It is basically about 35-40 euros a day. You only need to pay some city tax after entering the door, which is about 4.2 euros.
We are mainly looking for a place to park for one night around Paris to take a shower. If you are not used to B&Bs, book carefully.
The landlord uses WhatsApp and his English is not good
All super like on the first trip. We will come back in any case ... Great connection to rail and marketplace to buy. (About 10 min) The reception could again be German (unfortunately forgot the name).. but super experience! 🥰
This hotel is in a great position just next to Bussy St George Station and two stops from the Disneyland station. The train fares are very cheap to pop in and out of the parks and you can pop to the major shopping centre Val D’Europe. The hotel has an odd smell throughout, the staff were certainly not that friendly or pleasant. I explained to staff on reception that the toilet flush had broken and a member of staff abruptly said we are fully booked - I didn’t ask! Another member of staff rang someone but didn’t speak to me so I asked - is it going to be repaired and the man snapped again. To be fair it was repaired when we returned an hour later. The rooms are ok, the air conditioning is very loud. Luxury toiletries, hairdryer etc, clean and comfortable bedding. Only one hand towel supplied and tea/coffee but no milk sachets. There is complimentary water in the fridge but the heat that pumps out is huge. The room was stuffy even with the air con rumbling away. The room had a drain smell a few times also. We entered the restaurant but didn’t stay due to the smell of drains again and the lack of vegetarian options and actual menus - their app didn’t work. Just be aware it’s decent enough but nothing special.

Our family of four are just home from spending 5 nights at this hotel for our trip to Disneyland Paris / Paris. Overall we had a thoroughly good experience. The hotel itself is basic but more importantly for us we found it to be spotlessly clean and great value for money given we were barely in it. We were situated on the third floor looking onto the car park. Our room extended round the corner of the hotel so it was very large and had lots of space for all of us so it didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well during our stay, only interrupted by other gusts on one of the mornings (they had small children, obviously excited for Disney!). Breakfast is available but we didn't take the option up. You could pay on the day if you felt like it and the prices seemed reasonable. There are a selection of snacks and drinks available to buy from fridges behind reception. Although we did not have too much interaction with the staff, we found them all to be very pleasant and they seemed willing to help if required. They always had a smile and a wave for our youngest child. The hotel is a ten minute walk from Bussy Saint Georges were there are some lovely restaurants and places to drink. The RER train line there is ten minutes to Disneyland and around thirty minutes to Paris. We used a mixture of RER and Bolt taxis (also very good) for our travelling between the hotel and Disneyland and Paris city. All in all a superbly placed hotel at an excellent price. Don't expect lots from a facilities point of view but you could do a lot worse than basing yourself here if you plan on being out and about a lot.
Honestly the worst hotel! We left the first day without staying the night! Tiny room we couldn’t walk around the bed. Cold shower. Dirty sheets. Low hanging shelves I sliced my head open on next to the room door. Extractor fan didn’t work! Mould everywhere! The young boy on reception didn’t want to change our room let alone refund us the money! Eventually refunded and went to Best Western Hotel Grand Parc Disneyland Paris, Ile de France, France 2 x star but we rated way higher!
If the child is charged an extra 32 euros, (Ctrip said that the policy when booking the hotel has I did not see it at the time), the location is general, 15 minutes drive from Disneyland, taxi is not cheap.
Because I stayed late and didn't experience the SPA and other facilities in it, the room was not new.
The point of this hotel, for me, is a stopover before an early check in next day at a Disney hotel. As you get included park tickets on arrival day in the Disney deal there is no point travelling from England and checking in about 6pm, you need to get there before 9am really to make use of them, and this Novotel makes that possible, it's a very short trip. Other than that there is nothing remarkable about it. Don't expect any fuss or welcome, customer service levels are minimal but the hotel is clean. Parking is easy, I have learned to avoid their breakfast and there wasn't time anyway. There's a pool open until 8pm but it's not much fun. My daughter used the gym and said that was good. I like the Nespresso machine but you only get two pods for the whole room, and the creamer is microscopic, so take some long life milk and extra pods. Lastly, make sure to set the sat nav for Collegien, not just Marne La Vallee, else you might end up at a different Novotel 20 minutes away like we did.
We have just been here for a school trip with 50 students. The hotel is basic but perfectly adequate. It is clean, comfortable and a good location for Disneyland Paris. The breakfast was sufficient offering pastries, cereals and juice. The dining room is very small and at times busy due to multiple school trips. There is a convenience store very close which is useful and there was excellent coach parking. I would 100% stay again.
Hotel with easy access to shops and a supermarket within walking distance. Disneyland is a 15 minute drive.
Rooms are very small but clean. The bathroom was renovated and has a small bath.
In a quiet tree-lined setting, our Marne-la-Vallée hotel offers air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people, some with views of the garden. During a family stay, discover our large bedrooms with a single bed in a separate corner and our play area. Snacks and pizzas cooked on site are available, as well as an interactive kiosk to order from nearby restaurants. On-site car park available.
