Following a mechanical break and an immobilization of our vehicle from Spain, I contact the hotel to cancel my room. After giving my name and booking number, I explain to the recipient that I am aware of the very short time of this cancellation (24h before), that I had paid in advance and that I wanted only a document attesting my cancellation for I'm surprisingly surprised to tell her that I've booked directly on Kyriad's website. So I'm going to Kyriad's site, don't find this tab and remind her to signal him. It is then that this lady persisting in her misinformation, inflicts me on: ”Sir, you don't listen to me !!!” and ”This is the last time I explain it to you !!!”. I ask her to speak to me otherwise and to speak to a hotel manager, seeing that it was impossible to move forward with her, she waits me and then tells me that her manager cannot take me on the phone and that it is necessary send him a email ??? I'm locking up and looking on the web, I find a n' phone from Kyriad's platform to cancel my reservation, on which I was explained that a reservation could not be cancelled via their website and that his colleague vehemently “I was not trained. I received a email confirming my cancellation and for the little story, invoking breakfasts that will never have been consumed! I will never be back to a Kyriad hotel and I'll also ask me about the truth of the dithyrambic opinions on this hotel with such a reception and such deafy of its direction.

The hotel is located I. City center, near the tramway service line A. The personnel is very nice Ang helpful. The room has a little kitchen and is comfortable, can relax in the bathroom by taking a bath…. Breakfast offers some hot dishes, a choice of cheese and croissants and so on.

Stayed one night. Located on the main square: while this location is very convenient and within walking distance of several sights, shops and restaurants, it is also noisy (no soundproofing). At the entrance there are a few steps down to reach the lobby, and then again a few steps up to reach the elevator. This is not the end of it though, because the elevator stops only on half floors, so there are more stairs to navigate with luggage to get to the room. No help with luggage is offered. Rooms are clean and modern. In the first room they gave me, the A/C didn't work; they moved me to another room where it worked well. Comfortable bed and pillows. Conveniently located power outlets. Well lit desk area. Amenities included electric kettle and espresso coffee maker. Bathroom with everything in working order. Shower with good water pressure. Wifi worked well. Breakfast buffet with reasonable selection and good quality items.
