A unhealthy room with a strong smell of tobacco (I am allergic) and insects including a cafard found in the bathroom. In view of this unpleasant experience, I wished to cancel my room to go to Novotel. After calling her phone officer before me, the receptionist told me that it was OK for the cancellation and that I would be refunded the next day. The receptionist claims not to have found the cafard but to have found tigers mosquitos in the room. I understand as a franchise hotel that profitability is your priority at the expense of cleanness and customer satisfaction but don't forget that you represent a brand/group. In conclusion, for the same night I was debited by the Novotel Créteil or I've sleeped and by Ibis Créteil who had guaranteed me to cancel my reservation and a refund for the next day. I shared my trips to France and internationally between Accor, Hilton and Marriott according to the destinations. The room's insalubre is one thing but as a frequent and faithful client for many years I cannot accept the lie and the robbery.
The hotel is so colorful ... the breakfast was acceptable and the rooms were clean. However, in the room you don't have cabinets to hang your cloths... comparing to price it's ok. The train/RER is fare from the hotel around 6 minutes by walk. The staff was helpful and polite. Surroundings nothing special to find. Clam area.
It was just that when I checked in, I was charged an extra 15 euros in cash for three people, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I hope you can inform me in advance in the order! Thanks!

No issues with front desk although rooms are extremely basic and rundown. Shower has good pressure. Restaurant is one of the worst ever. Menu was written on a chalkboard. Waiter brought a bottle of wine, opened it and left. I ordered one of the two things on the menu salmon over pasta. The salmon or imitation of salmon is a ground mix of something shaped in a loaf kind of pastry. The taste is awful. The pasta dry. The waiter was extremely unfriendly. The breakfast was better Regardless I hope never to stay there
Don't book this hotel. They don't honor their reservations. I showed up today with my very pregnant wife and was told that they could not find the reservation I made on their own website. I made the reservation months ago and even showed them the email they sent me that says ”Your reservation is confirmed” at the top. They told me that somehow my reservation did not make it into their system, they were completely booked, and they could not give us a room. I was supposed to stay here for a week. Now I am rushing to find another hotel and paying twice as much for it being last minute, all because of their incompetence. Beware of giving this hotel any of your money or this could be you too.
This hotel would be 3-star in my country’s standard. It’s a new basic hotel and the rooms are a good size. The main problem is customer service - especially from the front desk lady called Kelli. This woman is not supposed to work in the hospitality sector - she has no clue about customer service. On the other hand, her colleague Charlotte was very sweet. She really tried even though she was left all alone most of the time with no manager on duty to assist on specific issues. In the rooms: No shower caps, no vanity set - just towels and 1x bottle of water when you arrive. The location is good in terms of transportation but Creteil as a neighbourhood is not nice at all. It’s better to stay closer to the centre of Paris.
This hotel is close to the customer company. Every time I go to live here, it is a better hotel around. I haven't done it for more than three years. I still feel very kind this time. In addition to the front desk changing the pattern, it is more concise, and the others are familiar!
The location of this hotel is very far from the city of Paris. It takes more than 30 minutes to get to the subway station and 20 minutes to the subway station. This was my first time in Paris and it was an incredible stay! The rooms were very well kept and the family was wonderful. Major bus stop and metros were very close, 15 minutes from Gare de Lyon! Their dog, Zoro, was so adorable. 10/10 experience, will be staying once again!!
