Stayed here for 6 nights in May whilst taking part in an event in nearby Toul. This is a no frills hotel, and very cheap by comparison with most of the alternatives in the area, which was my main motivation for choosing it. The room was small, but comfortable, with plenty of shelves and hanging for clothes and other belongings, and with a toilet/shower room en-suite. The shower was powerful, with plenty of hot water. Lots of electric sockets for charging stuff as well, and a decent TV showing mostly French programmes (fair enough), but also a few in German and the occasional one in English.. The hotel was quiet at night, as it's at the end of a cul-de-sac on a commercial estate, so there's almost no ambient noise. Breakfast was a simple continental-style buffet, again well priced and perfectly fine unless you're used to stuffing yourself with a full fry-up. No other meals available in the hotel, but a number of local alternatives, mostly fast food but also a more substantial grill-restaurant next door. So, overall, all positive, and very good value for money.

Like two weeks ago in Ludres, I was overtaken by the Concierge with money claims that were not explainable in part. I had booked on Trip and used Coins. The hotel must at least know that the room is paid. Dumb foreigners take off? The hotel I know for a long time. The rooms are a little bigger than in the neighboring IN hotel and now have a refrigerator and a Senseo machine (photo). The hotel has an elevator and some rooms have a valley view. It was one of the B & B hotels 3 years ago. Opening times are limited. Eventually, you are facing closed doors. There is an automatic desk for the reception of the room card.

The incoming was very difficult, outside the opening hours. At first I had to pay again, while I had already paid with ideal. According to the gentleman, it was a reservation. I hope it will be written only once from my account. In the room we had a few problems with the helpdesk. It took 55 minutes before we were in! That's not fun at 1.00 hours at night. Finally, a staff member came to open our room. The room itself was quite spacious, clean and a nice shower. If there were no check-in problems, we would have had a very pleasant stay.

For the return journey to the Netherlands, we were looking for a hotel for one night near the motorway. With Kyriad we made a good choice in our experience. The hotel is close to the motorway (in about 3 min to Metz). The room is simple, but sufficiently spacious and clean. Bathroom is spacious. The shower - in the bath - is very nice. The welcome was very friendly both on arrival and in the morning at breakfast. The breakfast buffet pleasantly surprised us. We expected it to be simple, but there was plenty of choice of mini rolls, croissants, pain au chocolat, sweet and savoury fillings and fresh fruit. For us, it is certainly an address to remember for the next time we are passing through.

On arrival we were told that we could enjoy a PMR room (for persons with reduced mobility). The advantage of these rooms is that they are larger, the room was not reserved and we could, although not disabled, occupy it. We appreciated the gesture. There are shops, restaurants and service stations around the hotel at 10/15 mn in car. The city centre is also 20 mn in car. Yes, it is better to be motorized. Stayed here for one night as part of a group. The room was very nice but the air con was on so high that it was freezing. The bed was very comfortable but hot and the sheet slipped because of the waterproof cover underneath. Why is that necessary? The bathroom was good and the shower was efficient. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and it was great to get fruit. However we were not made welcome in the restaurant in the evening. We were a group of 4 and we were told that as we were part of the group from the bus we could not have a meal and could only order a pizza and take it to our room. I do not like food in my room and I was eating with friends as we were all in different rooms. Eventually we were told we could eat it in the restaurant but we’d have to order it from the bar. So we went to the bar and waited for 10 minutes then we were told to go back to the table and they’d serve us. We were served eventually then waited for ages for the pizza and after all that it was quite disappointing. They also ran out of Coca Cola Zero. The most annoying thing was to at there were quite a few of us there from the bus and lots of others were eating from the normal menu. We felt like 2nd class citizens. Your restaurant let you down in my star rating.

The hotel was very clean, well-equipped and spacious, but there was no TV but the wifi allows you to follow a program on the phone, tablet or computer. The closed parking is included in the price . The area is quiet and is located 5 minutes from the city centre by car . The only small bemol is the absence of any person at the reception during this holiday period, which could have been problematic in case of concern. The instructions received by SMS and mail allows you to recover and make keys easy Quality ratio /prix is excellent

Stayed here overnight on a journey south in France with friends. The staff were friendly efficient and keen to please. The restaurant managed to go that wee bit further than other hotels in the Novotel chain and provided good food with good service. Is on the list to use again in the future.

le meilleur ibis budget dans lequel j'ai séjourné. accueil et personnel au top et très agréable. parking gratuit sur le coté de l'hôtel. établissement très calme, l'on y dort comme un bébé. literie parfaite, chauffage et clim de qualité et non bruyante, chambre et salle de bain spacieuse (beaucoup plus que les chambres au standard ibis budget) bien éclairée et soignée. propreté parfaite, panneau ne pas déranger respecté par le personnel de manage et qui même en ménage dans les chambres d'a coté, ne sont pas bruyantes. petit dej complet et a bon prix. je reviendrais avec plaisir et je conseille fortement.
