Ibis living up to its reputation and providing worthy adequate accommodation on the 3rd floor with a lift. Delightful young man on reception took to our car (a Mini Cooper) and begged us to leave it on the hotel forecourt! Good intel from reception on how to get into the capital and even gave us a printout of our journey. However the train RER C was under repair the whole weekend which scuppered our plans. Paris was buzzing (pre Olympics?) and I could give you at least 10 examples of the kindness of strangers but I’m short of time!

My husband, myself and my one year old baby arrived there at 5 pm on Wednesday 24th May. There were only one receptionist while there were 3 guests waiting. We had a buggy and 3 bags. We overheard that the lift was down and they did not know when it will be fixed but there were no technician working on it… Then came out turn when we’re told the swimming pool is only for 16yo + and that booking forgot to mention it, so our baby cannot go there. Our room was at the last floor (3rd one) and no one can help us because the lady was alone at the reception. A staff member saw me struggle when I arrived up there and told me, there is another elevator for the cleaning ladies only to use but that I should ask reception next time. So my husband carried everything up and I was carrying my son. We opened the door room hoping for a mind blowing experience (300eu the night for a deluxe room with balcony and Seine view) and it was an old room, in which they had put a baby bed that we had requested, furniture was old, bedding was white sheets only, no chair nor a table in the balcony that really needs to be refurbished. We just left to go in the city and enjoy a little bit cause the experience so far was terrible. So at 7.30pm elevator still not working, so we go down with baby and buggy and when I ask for the other elevator I’m told it’s not safe… poor cleaning ladies using an unsafe elevator… The next day when we checked out, they tried to bill me the breakfast that was included in the price I had paid and told me: but you took it in the room right… well no I didn’t and we were rushed (at 9.45am) cause they were closing the breakfast room. At 12pm, elevator was still not fixed. To sum up: we live in Asnieres, decided to go a getaway weekend not too far with a baby in a ‘Barrières’ hôtel which is supposed to be a luxurious 4 stars hotel and nothing was at the expected level, not even the basics to have a lift working on such a busy weekend. My husband told me : well the breakfast was ok, but when I told him it was 28eu per person he was like 😳🫢

The hotel is very well located for a concert in Stade de France. Very friendly home, charming staff. Correct breakfast. It is perfect for spending one or two nights there. Comfortable room, relatively comfortable bedroom. Only bemol: badly soundless, we heard people talking in the corridor at night.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a decent number of options which was great. Only thing, it is not as close to the airport as advertised, we end up getting a Taxi which is about a 20min ride. There is not much public transportation close by either so be aware of that extra expense if you are interested to head out.

The price is just for hygiene. The room is not big but quiet and comfortable. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away and the surrounding area is safe.

Hello, On a business trip, I was accommodated in this hotel and I was very surprised, positively, of course. Very welcoming staff, very warm both on the reception side, breakfast and restaurant. Everything happens in a good mood, it's great. Respectable breakfast with everything you need to start your day off right. Restaurant with simple but very good cuisine and perfect service. The interior of the hotel and very cozy, I felt at home with background music that makes you want to relax in the comfortable lounges. At the level of the very clean functional room Very quiet hotel. The only negative point I would say is the unacceptable smell of cigarettes in the hallways although this is of course forbidden but there are always people who do not respect this and it is a shame. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

very good hotel for accomodation, also very clean, but it kind of far from center 40 min by train line C. get off from train at eiffel tower , last trip to get back at 11:30pm after that it so hard to go back to hotel.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Na categoria Budget, foi um dos melhores hotéis que fomos hospedados. Fomos atendidos pelo Sr.Ahmed que nos auxiliou com muita simpatia, nos ajudou muito a encontrarmos um estacionamento. E nos atendeu perfeitamente bem, em todas as nossas necessidades. Organização perfeita no café da manhã. Tem um Perfil que merece ter um progresso na carreira. O hotel está num bairro, muito agradável com tudo próximo! Bares, restaurantes, farmácias, estação de Trem, e é muito tranqüilo. Assim como o hotel bem tranqüilo. Só agradecemos ao Sr.Ahmed pela recepção de alto nível.
