This hotel is located close to the ‘autoroute du soleil’ which is why we picked it on our way south. Downsides: it’s located in a very industrial area, with a huge factory just next to it. There’s no fridge in the room. You pay 100 EUR on average/night for a double room which is quite overpriced if you ask me, but it’s just the price you pay for a clean room in French cities. Plus: friendly staff, secured parking, decent breakfast, clean room. In just a 5 min drive you can reach the highway again and continue your road trip. Rooms were quiet. We had an issue upon check-out due to Trip.com having provided wrong information to the hotel (I had paid for a room with breakfast to Trip.com and the hotel couldn’t see the same on their reservation system so they thought I hadn’t paid for breakfast.) It was the first time I booked a room via Trip.com. It took me a while to find out how I could talk to their customer service. After 5 min of chatting with customer service, I got one of their assistants on the phone who talked to me first, then to the hotel staff and after the talk, trip.com asked me to pay the hotel for my breakfast once again and said they would refund my breakfast, which they meanwhile did. But all in all we nearly lost an hour of our precious vacation time due to this issue, which is why I’m very reluctant in using trip.com for a second time. I never had these kind of issues with booking.com or hotels.com.

I am 5ft3, 55 kgs and felt claustrophobic in that bathroom, you could hardly move around. Awful. We, as a family, are used to staying in basic hotels when we are only having a stop over during our journeys but this one was beyond basic. As said before tiny bathroom, the mattress on our bed was terrible (collapsing on one side). We booked a family room for the 4 of us and once all the beds were made we literally could not moved around the room, no space to sit or walk around. Dreadful. It was clean though so that is one thing. The parking was gated and you could walk in 15 mins to a McDonald's, the area felt safe enough. The staff was very pleasant but the evening staff could not speak English properly. Only one towel per person no hand towel or floor mat.

Ottima esperienza. Camera accessibile in sedia a rotelle con bagno ampio. Nei pressi dell' hotel ci sono diversi ristoranti, a base di pesce o carne convenzionati con l' hotel ed esibendo la chiave della camera applicano il 10% di sconto. Nelle vicinanze anche centro commerciale dove c'è un po' di tutto. L'albergo è lontano dal centro però ci siamo trovati benissimo con huber (30 euro circa in macchina a 6 posti). Distanza dal centro circa 15 minuti. Distanza dall'aeroporto circa 30 min. Alla reception sono tutti gentilissimi, soprattutto la sig.rina greca Meina. Davvero gentilissima e direi fantastica!! La colazione non è molto varia ma è tutto buono. Ci sono distributori di bevande all'interno dell'albergo. Le stanze sono prive di frigobar. Ottimo phon. Nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta

very good!!!! except for air conditioning in the rooms, and the nausea smell of the moquette, ( foot smell) the cliff is badly located ( no freshness ) the dirty swimming pool, breakfast at the top!!!

Jak zawsze wszystko w porządku. Następnym razem w razie przejazdu też zrobimy tam rezerwacje.

I booked for my partner who was on a business trip. Enough to rest after his long journey and arrive fresh for participation in his competition the next day. Missed... Located in ”a terrible neighborhood”. And no surveillance camera in the hotel parking lot. The staff were honest - best not to leave anything in the car. Result: he only slept 4 hours. Otherwise facilities level: RAS.
