In the 17th century, in the midst of the Renaissance period, this nice monument sheltered a monastery. The 1789s events disturbed its quietness. The building was change into the Lycee de la Revolution, the school of revolution.
New metamorphosis a few years later when the Opera Dance School of Toulouse makes it its own.
In this new designation, the Grand Hotel de lOpera tribute to its talented tenants who only had to cross the street to perform on stage at the Theatre du Capitole.
In 1980, the amazing building is refurbished as a sumptuous 4 Star boutique hotel combining the mobility and the charm of Toulouse mansions.
Ever since, the reputation of the Grand Hotel de lOpera is established. Our hotel continues to warmly welcome guests from all over the world.
In 1996, a fire destroyed no less than 36 rooms. Two years later, Rouleau Hotellerie acquires the Grand Hotel de lOpera, gives it a fully new direction and restores the hotel to its full splendor.
The interior design was magnified by Elisabeth Drapeau.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff, excellent clean accommodation and facilities in the room, very comfortable, and within walikng distance of the centre, local shops and restaurants nearby. easy to get the bus if you don't want to walk, and airport bus stops are near too. As in other reviews, you do have to take your own rubbish out but it's a designated room on the groundfloor... no going outside! If I return to Toulouse I would happily stay here!!

EETHYiVery conveniently located 10plus mins walk from TLS airport. The walk is not a super easy one with a luggage though, so best to locate the hotel shuttle which I understood from the staff is just infront of the airport (keep a lookout!). Comfortable, clean and convenient stay overall if you want to be near the airport, but not such a convenient location to capitole. Hotel shuttle to airport runs every 20 mins starting from 7am.

HHONGYIThe apartment is superb and can be checked in early, the front desk is super friendly. The access control is very safe. The high floor view is good for sunsets and sunrises. The apartment is clean and spacious, the kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. Convenient transportation, diagonally opposite the Asian restaurant street. The only downside is that the breakfast is small and the price is not high.

GGuest UserI thought the location was perfect as it is only 15 minutes from the airport, and about 15 minutes from city centre - tram is right outside hotel, which was brilliant!
The hotel is clean but very basic, the only hotel I have ever stayed at with no room service, bed not done the next day and no fresh towels provided other than when you check in. Didn’t expect the bed to be so close to the door when we entered the room and the bed was a small double so didn’t get a great night sleep either. I wish I could give a better review because the staff were all so lovely and welcoming and helpful, but I’m being as honest as I can for others. Karina on check in and throughout our trip was so helpful and friendly- she really gave us good tips on getting around Toulouse and what to see etc. hotel full of friendly, lovely staff but as for the hotel - unlikely to stay here again!

GGuest UserWe had booked a night at the airport hotel due to an early flight departure the next morning. After a mix up with restaurant opening hours with the Pullman's sister hotel the Radisson Blu, we were offered to transfer our one night stay to the Pullman at no extra charge. It was a wonderful experience. Special mention to Monsieur Drouard, Directeur F&B. We were upgraded at no extra cost to a beautiful suite where a very nice bottle of red wine was waiting for us along with a personalised welcome letter from Monsieur Drouard. Such customer service and genuine care for guests can be rare in this world but you will find it at the Pullman and I am sure the Radisson as well. Bravo. We hope to see you again soon. GGuest UserVery nice establishment, excellent location just between rhe place Wilson, Place Saint Georges. Fine minutes walk to the place of Capitole. The staff is very professionnal, the kind of personal we only find in a 5 stars hotel. Excellent advice for visiting the town. I started with a city tour wirh th lillte train! I love the decoration of the hotel. The bar. The room is very nice with confortable mastress. Fridge with juices, soft drinks, water.), Coffee, à safe. Nice bathroom.

PPleromaa👍🏻 First time in the hotel apartment, the studio is large with 1 kitchen stay and one room. The kitchen is super-equipped and you can do everything: from coffee to eggs to dishes.
👍🏽 Heating and air conditioning included. Stillness of the rooms. The hotel is well served by buses and metro to go to the city centre, and around there are shops, cake shops, supermarkets, kebabs or bars.
👎 There was a very bad litter and the covers were full of old customers' hair.

Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.

L'hôtel est vieillissant, loin d'être impeccable et des équipements obsolètes....La porte de la salle de bain ne ferme que si on bouge le lit, moisissures sur le rebord de fenêtre car pas de ventilation, radiateur grille-pain posé à même le sol, joints de douches noircis, vis manquantes sur le lit mezzanine (inquiétant)...
