When we arrived, the room was very clean and a very good welcome, however, we encountered a lot of difficulty connecting. Otherwise, the lunch is plentiful, clean and the receptionist makes a point of cleaning (COVID) and enforcing the wearing of masks, which was not the case for several customers. The hotel is just for one night, no more.

The hotel is brand new, there are no building issues, other than there are mosquitoes in the rooms - even in November! - and you can't get rid of them. The rooms are quite big. The bathroom is perfectly adequate. The beds are uncomfortable, not even Ibis standard. Location is terrible. The local tram stop has been closed for months. The nearest metro is 15 minutes' walk, and even then it's a very long way from central Paris. I was almost mugged on the street near the hotel at 8.30pm, the area really isn't very safe. On checkin the towels were dirty and covered in blood. Even when refreshed they stank. Breakfast is single-use environmental-catastrophe kind of stuff. No point having compostable plates if you mix it with the plastic from the cheese. But far better just to have washable plates and cutlery in the first place. There are better options for your stay in Paris. Do choose them instead.

Higher stay fee than the site trip.com foresees. Household pointed on a sheet at the shop, Thursday not all, required to ask for two wallpapers at the reception . What a distress for this hotel , a service that is the minimum room maintenance to satisfy the client

There is no need to save. The room was very comfortable and spacious with views on the cemetery, the bed was too firm, we had very poor sleep despite a exhausting trip. The sanitary facilities are on the floor, 37 metres from the room, deglutiated: the floor and the seat of the chiots are wet, with water or pit, no longer known. The breakfast is far from worth the required € 4.90: chocolate is only from the fleet, bread is more beautiful than a spoon but has the same taste. The label is unreadable, but only positive: the internet connection, which allowed me to book my next stay in another hotel.

Our experience was amazing! We knew we were staying pretty far out from the city, but it was about a 15 minute walk to a train to take you to the city. We loved the option to order from local restaurants and get it delivered for free to the hotel. The cost vs the experience was an amazing trade off. Would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget.

The hotel has all the facilities of a basic budget accommodation. Also as it is an Accor brand, you can expect the standard room amenities and layout. I stayed at this property for 2 nights. There is nothing amazing about it, but you get what you pay for! The hotel wasn't too cheap either and I paid about €300 for two nights jncl. taxes (note I stayed during the Paris Air Show week as I was attending the show. All hotels in Paris were equally or even higher priced). My check-in was carried out by an extremely rude and unprofessional male member of the staff. He was neither welcoming nor happy to do his job. Halfway through the check-in process, he referred me to his female colleague as the system wasn't working on his side. To my luck, the female staff member was really polite and respectful. She was not only warm and courteous, but also efficient in the way she carried out her duties. I quickly went to my room The room itself is nothing special. It has basic furniture, a desk and chair, TV, hangers for your clothes and bed side racks. The bathroom was quite tiny and while taking a shower, the entire bathroom got wet and flooded. I think the shower cubicle has a leakage. The bathroom just had one bottle of all purpose body and hair wash. There was no hand wash near the basin. The towels were of cheap quality - but again, this is Ibis Budget, so not expecting anything more! The room was well maintained and clean, which is nice! I had chosen a breakfast included rate, but oh my, the breakfast was a joke! The bread and croissant tasted industrial and it felt like they were delivered from outside. Too bad for a hotel to not bake its own bread or croissant! There were two types of juices - it said fresh, but it tasted artificial. There was yogurt, stale looking fruit pieces, cream cheese, butter and boiled egg. That's all! The least they could have kept is flavoured yogurt, some ham and maybe scrambled eggs! This was absolutely the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. But again, the staff was courteous here and the cafeteria was clean at least! During checkout, I requested to store my bags for a few hours and to my surprise they charge hotel guests €2 per bag! This is ridiculous! Even though I don't mind paying the money but I feel a hotel guest must never have to pay to store their bags! It's not like people are coming from the street to store their bags in this hotel! C'mon Accor Group, you can let hotel guests store their bags for free - it's basic courtesy and hospitality! The hotel is located at the very end of the Metro line 12 in Aubervilliers. The neighborhood is okay to spend 1-2 nights maximum. Even though I didn't have any safety issues, I must say at times I felt an eerie feeling. But again in Paris, you must be careful of pickpockets everywhere. The only plus point is its proximity to CDG Airport and direct metro access to Paris City. Will I stay here again? The hotel and room is basic but clean.No safe or fridge in room and breakfast is average with boiled eggs being the only hot food from the adjacent cafe.However , the problems start when you set foot outside for the Stade de France or plan to travel into Paris.This was the most lawless, crime ridden out of control area I have ever stayed in. Street robberies and cars parked in the hotel car park broken into in addition to police sirens all night long. If you are visiting the Stade de France be very careful on your 5 MINUTE WALK as local youths are waiting around to rob visitors
