This hotel was very mediocre as a hotel (the shower drain was so backed up the water flooded the floor every use) but their front desk treatment and horrible business practices made this THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE of my life! As a long time road warrior and filmmaker who has stayed at many hundreds of hotels worldwide, I got a last minute Cannes invite and initially booked one night through the HOPPER travel app. On reflection I then booked a second night using the same app. Two difference reservations PAID in total for both on the app...with email and app confirmations AND confirmation of charges on my credit card. AND YET...upon check in, the desk clerk initially couldn't find confirmation of the second night's payment, despite showing her my HOPPER receipt. She searched further and then seemed have an AHA moment and said ” found it...all is good” and handed me the room key. SO IMAGINE MY SURPRISE on check out two days later, a very smarmy clerk started to grill me on needing to pay for the second night as he couldn't find it in his system. The infuriating thing was this man's unwavering treatment of a legitimate paying customer as if I were some street con trying to scam a free night. (???!!!) When the manager of the day got involved and couldn't ”find” payment either DESPITE seeing both my Hopper receipt but a read out of my credit card being charged, (WHAT MORE COULD THEY POSSIBLY NEED??!!) I was informed I needed to use my card to repay AGAIN to be able to leave or the authorities would be called. ***???? I'd been concerned but polite till now...this really was the last straw. The manager also informed me that she had NEVER HEARD OF HOPPPER as a booking agent for them. ( Really? Hopper has a different story saying they have had a long history with Ibis hotels...hmmmm...a suspect excuse) I gave my card but informed them I would use any and every means to spread the word on their horrible business practices both on social media and at their corporate offices. The manager looked pained but gave no concession and tried a lame ” I understand” to which I just shook my head and said ”NO!...IF YOU REALLY DID YOU WOULD HAVE HANDLED THIS VERY DIFFERENTLY!” and quietly walked out. Upon return home, I called HOPPER to tell the story and confirm I had paid...the first times. They took the ball and spent all week trying to get a response from the hotel to no avail. I took 3 increasingly urgent additional emails from HOPPER to get a response from this awfully managed hotel. After a protracted exchange, the hotel 9 days later finally refunded my account...but only after reluctantly saying ”despite this going against our policies (???!!! Stealing funds is your policy?) and the matter was messily resolved. I WILL NOT ONLY NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN BUT THEIR ENTIRE CHAIN...if this is how their management treats valid conflicts...and will post this anywhere I can to ALERT OTHERS TO THEIR MISHANDLING AND OUTRIGHT ATTEMPTS TO STEAL ADDITIONAL FUNDS
I was staying in the hotel for work reasons for 2 weeks. I looked forward getting back to The Zenitide each day. It was a nice relaxing place to stay. Clean and well looked after facility. Staff were friendly and helpful. Situated perfectly 20 riverside walf yo the seaside.

Come to Cannes for two weeks on business with a business partner, decided to stay in this hotel, honestly, bought the price ,was cheap, near a large grocery store and seeming silence , but everything was not so simple .First thing I want to note the staff of Stanislas Hotel who is engaged in the accommodation of guests in this hotel , such a hammer , rude and arrogant we have never met .A man cannot work in the hospitality sphere, it's just horror .Let's start with the recipe was closed at the appointed hour ,we had to wait outside when Stanislav would allow to come and give us the keys , although the deposit was paid in advance .he appeared dissatisfied as if we weren't paying him , and he is to us .We went into the room ,and then we had to extend our stay ,and we agreed to pay the cash left ,but when we came to the room , we found that the lock on the door was changed, and couldn't open the door. The fact that our personal things were left in the room and the documents didn't confuse anyone ,only after we called and paid the remnant ,we were allowed to go in the room .We decided not to stay anymore in this bad place and left in the other morning hotel. On the phone Stanislav speaks very roughly ,can send a Russian mat ,does not shy in expressions and tries to insult and humiliate the customer .On any occasion he calls , despite the late hour ,the objections are in response to threats , In general full guard .I couldn't understand where a person has so many ambitions , since he is just a wage worker , apparently the absence of customers in the pandemic is so nervous to people . As for the hotel itself, it is a huge multi-apartment residential house, where several apartments are bought under the hotel,in the rest people are constantly living. To say that in the house noisy,it is nothing to say ,very many dogs , who lay around the clock from the balconies ,in several apartments there is repair and everything is drilling and chewing from the early morning .The elevator is not waiting for 15 minutes, the parking is very far from home ,with bags from the store you have to go decently ,and that is extremely uncomfortable. On the territories of the house are a harbor of small boats and boats , on these boats local young people like to drink , fight and listen to the music loudly until the morning , which is very disturbing to sleep , and you can't do anything about it .Don't think about going to this hotel with kids , because they can't sleep there. In general, don't go to this hotel to not spoil your mood , don't buy cheap ,it doesn't cost .Another moment ,if you're all going to this hotel ,pay for everything card , Since Stanislav in the ultimatum always asks for cash (presumably not to pay taxes) and constantly tweaks the price change , there was one price per day from the morning , and in the evening it is different. And for cash-paid services, of course, no documents give

The hotel is in a quiet industrial area, a short distance from the coast and near Cannes airport. The hotel is, however, quite attractive and modern with a spacious reception and bar area with the restaurant being also fairly open plan. The rooms were clean and spacious, though a little warm. The a/c didn’t seem to make much difference. Breakfast was varied and of good quality and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. You need an Uber to get into Cannes unless you want a fairly long walk- usually about €12. Has a swimming pool but that was closed for the winter.
Where do I start, let’s start with the good and keep it short. Free and convenient parking practically at the door to your apartment, the wifi worked well and the bed was reasonably comfortable. There was a little outside garden area with a table and some chairs but the garden area didn’t really look that inviting The staff at the office were friendly. The bad, it is a longer list. When you arrive at the area where the reception office is the area around it looks like an abandoned shopping centre on a council estate with a building that looks like it could have four or five shops, cafes etc but instead is just an empty shell with some of the leaves from outside scattered on the floor and the concreted area out the front of these abandoned shops and reception area is just a faded painted concrete slab. The apartment is really where things go downhill, while opening the door was easy locking it from either the inside or outside with the key which was the only way to lock it was near impossible and I had to call reception to come and help and she showed me how it works and you have to “force” the lever to a 12 o’clock position and then turn the key and after a few tries it did lock but each time I went to lock it I had the same problem over and over again which really shouldn’t be the case locks should work. The apartment is a decent size but so poorly laid out, there is an L-shaped main room with a trundle sofa which I think converts to two single beds at one end of the room and a table and four plastic chairs at the other end with a TV in between. There were also a couple of little tables. There was also a freestanding wardrobe in one corner. The main problems with the room was the lack of lighting with just one ceiling bulb to cover the whole room and while it wasn’t a huge room it needed more lighting. There was a lamp near the sofa but it wasn’t much use. Off to the side was a very steep staircase though I am not sure it would legally qualify in many parts of the world as a staircase and is more of a ladder/staircase and under the stairs were some mops and brooms and a clothes airer thing. Off the main room was the small kitchenette which was pretty typical of the setup you get in this type of accommodation. It had the usual, a small under the counter fridge/freezer, sink, two burner cooktop, microwave and range hood but the only source of light in the kitchen area was the light on the rangehood. There were plates, glasses and cutlery for four people though some things only had three while others had five. A couple of pots and a pan but really no utensils except a strange group of about 6 items and it looked like as things go missing which I guess they do they are not replaced. The sink had a wall mounted dishwashing liquid dispenser but it was attached to the wall and didn’t reach the sink which really defeats the purpose. The bathroom and separate wc were off the kitchen and if you left the door open you did get a little light from th
What a fantastic hotel. Ideally located out of the gridlocked Cannes, this little gem of a hotel was one of the best we've ever stayed in. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was faultless. The hotel is brand new, clean, very modern and stylish. The restaurant is great, we stayed for 3 nights and had dinner in the restaurant for two of them. I don't often leave a hotel review, but every word of this one was thoroughly deserved.
The location is about 7 kilometers away from downtown Cannes. It is very convenient to drive by car. It is about 17 Euros. The breakfast is full of delicious, Western style, and you can't recommend it if you don't like it. Nearby yacht marina, overlooking the Festival Palace. In addition to a pot of fruit for breakfast, the rest did not take pictures.

The hotel is not located in the center of Cannes and it may take ten minutes to take a taxi from the Shadow Festival Palace. Because the factory to visit is nearby, I usually stay at this hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot, large, ample parking space, suitable for self-driving. The room is of a good size, and it is possible to put down one of the 26-inch suitcases that are open. If it is a double occupancy and there are two large suitcases, it is estimated to be narrow. The room is equipped with an electric hot water bottle and the mattress quilt is more comfortable.
The hotel's best is the variety of breakfast and dinner (all buffets), better than some four-star hotel breakfast, this is my most satisfied.
