"Hotel room was clean and with all required amenities. Reception is not open 24 hrs but we were given instructions on where to find the key card and everything was fine.
Free parking outside the hotel. No coffee making facilities in the room but there were machines available in the breakfast room - at a charge."

"Apparently the internet payment for my room, yesterday, was made to another company via your site. Confirmed by a company in Singapore....?????
Upon arrival at the Fasthotel it quickly became clear that there were multiple victims. Paid, but not to Fasthotel! but the Campanile clan that has now been taken over by the Chinese. How bad of Trip.com. Will not book here again via this site!!!!!"

OOlgaBelozubперсонал стал сразу решать проблему с нашими российскими переводами, не стал нас особо напрягать по этому поводу, мало того, нам бесплатно дали второй номер (аппартаменты), потому что, когда увидели рост нашего ребенка, сказали, что на софе (диване) ему будет не удобно, по росту он впритык помещался…, короче, мы в шоке! Приятном шоке!) апартаменты огромные, отлично укомплектованы, очень просторная ванна-душ, супер чисто! До центра- мах минут 15 пешком, лучше пройтись , чем в шумном, проблемном центре снимать жильё (в историческом центре проблемы: вода, канализация, грохот). В общем, этот отель рекомендую!

DDonena WilliamsThis hotel is a very reasonably priced for what it offers. The hotel general areas is clean and well presented. We booked a basic room with what we needed for an overnight stay with air conditioning and it was very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was great including bacon, eggs a selection of juices, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and tea/coffee.
The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, and hasslefree stays.

GGuest UserDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

GGuest UserNice hotel just outside of eperney- circa 8mins in the car, so quite convenient if you don’t want to be in the centre. Comfortable beds, but smallish rooms, small bottle of water provided. Restaurant on site serving dinner and breakfast only. We had an electric car - and were able to charge on site . Two chargers on site -however only one was working.

DDmitriiNormal location, about 20 minutes to center by walking. Strange and weird that reception is working at morning several hours and afternoon several hours, you can’t check-in in another time. They have working break from 12 till 16 o’clock. We’ve tried to call, but there was auto responder.

CC. GellingsSimple, and practical for a short stay. Quiet surroundings. Parking near the entrance, breakfast in the main building, which was acceptable. Bathroom had a bath and shower in it. The glass to avoid splashing doesn't work, since it is far too small and the bathroom floor gets wet and one risks falling.
In all not a bad hotel for the price charged.

Double bed room is a bed above another bed on mezzanine floor with a steep ladder to practice mountain climbing. Sound is a problem here as it migrates from next door and outside. Bring ear plugs

DDr.HeinkeThe hotel is very good in the old town and is easy to find . The spa does not appear to be the hotel but is located in the same house and at 14:00 so we could not use it.
Reception so friendly professional fast.
We haven't used breakfast because you can immediately get a French breakfast in the street cafe.
There is a parking space unusable for us because we arrived. But the hotel reception has made it possible to find another. Overall we have very well sleeped the air conditioning was also well set.
