Perfect location in the city centre, very nice quiet large room, in a newly renovated part of the hotel, room 437 (which room actually consists of 2 bedrooms - it can sleep 4 people, but we were just 2) with very comfortable beds, large excellent shower (unfortunately no bathtub), good functioning airco, very friendly, helpful english speaking staff/ownership (thank you Mme Caroline!), private secure parking behind the hotel.

Very well located. In front of the station, beautiful view of the channel. Cool and diverse breakfast. Great breakfast room to enjoy the view of the channel. Great room with large bed and pleasant bathroom, shirt. Bemol I asked for new towels, the lady (probably overfused, too much work) put the towels on the ground while I went back to put a bag in the room. Moreover, having booked via the trip platform, the host had not known that everything was settled so careful to you, look well on your application what you have already paid with confirmation mail to support.

When we booked the hotel, it was not obvious from the pictures that the rooms would be so small, at least with a double and single bed. There was barely any room for manoeuvre. We were able to cancel the room at short notice. In the lead-up to our stay, we had had to make a few date changes and the staff had been brilliant, and they were great on the day we decided not to take the room. The hotel is very conveniently located to a number of venues and is in a nice location. If you are not bothered about the size of the rooms, it is a great place to stay.

We were on route home from a family holiday in Italy and Mullhouse was a convenient stop over point. First time in a Brit hotel and we were very pleased. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice and the location was good with secure on site parking.

The size of the room is OK in Europe. It has its own parking lot. It is very convenient for self-driving friends. The staff are very enthusiastic. After checking in, I knocked on the door and asked if everything was ok? Stayed for a few days and had a good experience. I met Chinese buddies when I had breakfast and lived here. I was very happy.

This facility is a senior home. We had booked the double room via the internet and were friendlyly welcomed at the reception. The room is clean and ordened and has a small kitchenette. As we traveled in August, it was 29 degrees in the room and we would have wished air conditioning. What is particularly beneficial to us to stay our bikes in a closed bike room

We completed our riding tour of the Alsace with our last night in the Parc. Our room was huge, as was our bathroom. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. We had dinner elsewhere and breakfast in the hotel's breakfast room. Staff there were excellent as was the buffet breakfast which we shared with our fellow riders for the last time. The hotel was nicely located in relation to the city and the railway station was only about 400m away.

The very friendly man from the front desk brought a fan to the room. Great service. Just loved the parking in the same building. Very practical.

GGuest User Recently I have stayed at severarl of the well known French hotel chains and find this so much better. Those competitor places tend to offer just the bare minimum and have very small rooms where you just can't relax properly. First of all the location is great. You are steps away from the train station, and about 2 mins walk from a couple of good restaurants including a good Italian restaurant and the 'Au Bureau' pub/Brasserie. The rest of the restaurants are about 5 min (by foot) beyond that. I was in a single room, and it seems a good size for one person. The rooms and especially the bothrooms have been recently renovated, which I appreciated. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There is no 'bar' as such but the front desk does have two beers on tap! There is a terrace out back that I've seen from my window. .A few people have mentioned that the hotel does not have it's own dedicated parking. But you can park for free on the streets around the Square de la Bourse, near the hotel from 7pm to until 9am. If you are only staying overnight this might work perfectly. And if you arrive earlier or are checking out later, you can pay for a couple of hours. Can be paid by phone or at the machines. If you are staying a few days or would like 24 parking, there is also a private car park 500m away that the front desk will tell you about.

A 5 min à pied de l'office de tourisme et donc en moins de 10 minutes à pied vous êtes dans l'hypercentre. Situé au bord d'une des routes principales de Mulhouse mais environnement correct la nuit. Arrêt de tram juste en face pour aller par exemple à la cité de l'automobile et du train. Nombreux commerces/restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel. ____________________ L'HOTEL ET L'ACCUEIL ---------- Hôtel tout à fait au standard B&B, très bon accueil 24/24. Le check-in se fait rapidement, ascenseur pour accéder aux étages. ____________________ LA CHAMBRE ---------- Chambre tout à fait classique B&B, pas grand chose à redire, vous trouverez TV, penderie, bureau, produits, linge de toilette etc. L'ensemble est propre, y compris la salle de bain. Comme dans tous les B&B, la douche est assez mal conçue et on mouille toujours tout l'extérieur. Calme la nuit donc on s'y repose bien ! ____________________ LA RESTAURATION ---------- Le service de petit déjeuner est proposé sous forme de buffet sucré/salé. Idem du standard B&B très bien. On apprécie le fait que le personnel vérifie régulièrement si rien est vide, et nettoie très régulièrement les ustensiles. Cependant attention, l'hôtel est très régulièrement occupé par des groupes de touristes ! Il faut s'attendre à parfois trouver la salle de petit déjeuner pleine donc vraiment pas top, il faut arriver avant ou revenir plus tard. ____________________ RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX ET LES SERVICES ---------- Très bon rapport qualité/prix, et au vu de la situation. Comme dans tout B&B récent, à la réception on trouve distributeur et micro-ondes. Le wifi est gratuit et fonctionne bien. Un parking payant est disponible mais n'est pas à l'hôtel, mais dans un bâtiment de bureau en face, pas super évident à trouver la première fois mais ça va, il faut juste traverser la route entre le parking et l'hôtel ensuite avec vos bagages. ____________________ EN RÉSUMÉ ---------- Un très bon hôtel, bien entretenu, standard B&B, très bien situé à quelques minutes seulement de l'hypercentre de Mulhouse ! Parfait pour le tourisme du coup. Chambres, service et petit déjeuner conforme au standard B&B, c'est propre. Attendez vous juste à croiser souvent des groupes de touristes séjournant dans l'hôtel, avec le brouhaha classique et la salle de petit déjeuner complet.

Nice hotel in great location. 10 minute walk to train station and less than 5 minute walk to Christmas markets. Room has been refurbished . Flat screen TV, good Internet, tea an coffee maker , comfortable bed . Good size bathroom with walk in shower, soap and body lotion , hairdryer . Good breakfast for 14 euros ...continental, scrambled eggs , fruit. Very friendly staff . I would recommend this hotel

GGuest UserWe completed our riding tour of the Alsace with our last night in the Parc. Our room was huge, as was our bathroom. The bed was also huge and very comfortable. We had dinner elsewhere and breakfast in the hotel's breakfast room. Staff there were excellent as was the buffet breakfast which we shared with our fellow riders for the last time. The hotel was nicely located in relation to the city and the railway station was only about 400m away.

GGuest UserGood location. Reasonable price. 7.00AM breakfast on Sunday morning was helpful as I had to catch an earlier train than expected to my next destination. Departures screen from Mulhouse Gare displayed in breakfast area was useful. Booking system warned me when I attempted to book the same nights twice. Breakfast items kept well stocked. Staff coped with confidence and good humour with a group of school age children -including a broken plate removed quickly without fuss.

Besides, the room was pleasantly surprised. The room has a kitchen and a bathroom.
Further, we have a very delicious breakfast. The hotel offers a typical French breakfast, with cruissans, coffee and cheese. 👍😊
