Reason for poor service. Room service ordered through portal, confirmation received through portal and email waited for over half an hour after requested time messaged restaurant twice no response. Then messaged front desk inly then to receive a call to say no room service that night an to come down to the bar if I want to. We had travelled for many hours and just wanted to relax in our room. So we did not bother with any refreshments. I think you may need to look this, it’s not good to let guests order and get confirmation for a service you are not providing that day. Maybe look at your processes.

we loved the reception, the rooms, the breakfast. The reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, the shower with the essential oils was great The breakfast quality was 5 stars to say the least THe location was not far from strasbourg, 7 mins by car. Great value if you're looking to do the christmas market and you have a car. It was a superbe experience

This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot. Francely very clean and spacious room the only problem was the shower we were shower to 11:00 and the water was not even thickened while we opened the hot water at the bottom and when I called the reception to 11:10 the lady told me that one Nobody was going to pass I waited 30 minutes but nobody had to pass so I ended taking my shower and she was always the same when I went to the home to return the room to 12:10 We told the lady that nobody was She just told us ”that she had told her colleague but she didn't know he hadn't been” after she was told again about the water temperatures and she told us that we were not the only ones who had a problem and that it was certainly the The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable.

We had a twin room. It seems like all twin rooms face the train track so we could hear the sound a few times in the evening. Good quality toiletries are provided. The tram stop is 500 metres walk and we prefer to take Uber or bolt which is just about 10 euros one way. Strasbourg is well known for its gastronomy. Eat well here! I highly recommend L’eveil des Sens! Take a day trip to Colmar or stay a night there. Hotel let us leave our luggage overnight and we packed a bag pack to Colmar for a night.

Our unexpected stay was a nice one. Friendly staff, clean and nice rooms. Good service and excenellent breakfast. We were woken up by the sound of running water, what seemed to be the airco-unit. This was resolved quickly by the receptionist. Would recommend the hotel!

Very modern and friendly hotel. Free parking nearby and easy travel to city centre by metro. Staff are friendly and polite.

Apart hôtel sympa, propreté à revoir... lit confortable, pas bruyant même si le train passe à côté. Proche de commerces (centre des halles) et de la gare à pied (10min même pas) et 10 min du centre de Strasbourg.
