Booked this hotel as a stopover after the Eurotunnel and it didn't disappoint. We'd booked a studio family room and were pleasantly suprised at how well the room was laid out. We took food with us which we were able to cook as the kitchen was so well equipped. Unfortunately, we couldn't access the underground parking with our van but we managed to park it outside with no problem. It's in a business district so it all felt really safe. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Perfect stopover.
I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel about 20 times over the past year, mostly for one-night work stays. Never had any complaints. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The kitchenette is a nice added bonus. Location of the property is a bit weird - not really close to anything but there are a few buses that stop in front of the hotel. The closest RER station is about a 15 minute walk away. Unfortunately for me, the hotel recently significantly raised the prices for the nights that I usually stay in Palaiseau and other hotels in the area did not, so will stay elsewhere going forward. I guess being able to raise prices is one of the perks for hotels that are managed well. I wish them all the best and wanted to leave this positive review as an appreciation for all the nice stays of the past year.
4 couples stayed at the hotel for 3 nights to visit the Montlhery Vintage Revival. Positives - Secure underground car park Negatives- 1 small bath towel each 1 thin pillow each - no more were available No mattress protector Many items missing from the list of kitchen equipment No soap in washbasin (only hand lotion) Washbasin plug did not work AC not operating although in was 25 degrees C The rooms were dirty. The English page of the website said that for stays of 1 to 3 nights the rooms would be cleaned each day and the linen would be changed. The French page of the web site said that housekeepers were available by request. I managed to get 2 clean bath sheets, but despite making a written request the room was never cleaned. There were inconsistencies in the amenities One room had no kettle One room had no hairdryer One room had no fan working One room had a welcome tray - others had none The breakfast was OK but make sure you go before the many coach parties descend like locusts. People were seen filling bags of food from the buffet. The staff on reception and in the breakfast room did their best but there was no manager available to resolve any of the issues. We moved on the the B&B at Calais which was luxurious compared to the inadequate and rundown facilities of the Tulip Inn.

I feel they are cheating the residents. They ask a lot for the deposit. Besides the rent they tell you at the beginning or in their web sites, they will charge you for extra. My apartment was not clean properly. I saw lots of dirt everywhere, there were insects in my apartment. The bathroom was smelling like hell. They said it is because it was not used for one month and it will be fine after few days. But during my entire stay in ECLA campus it was stinking. I complained many times but they did not do anything. The bedding was damaged and the pillow was stinking like hell. They just changed the pillow. It was very noisy , the walls and the windows are not noise protected. At the beginning they say the rent something including the charges, but then you will see they find lots of excuses to charge you. For example based on the floor you have chosen they add some charges, then for I-service then at the end of the contract they tell you about garbage tax while it was expected to be included in the rent. At the beginning of July I informed them that I will check out by Aug 1. They charged me not only for the entire July but also charged me for the first day of August not only for the rent but also for I-service of the entire August. While I have checked out July 28. And got knows how much they will deduct from the deposit. It was a bad experience for me and I will never rent a room/apartment from ECLA. I do not suggest it. Try to fix everything at the beginning with them otherwise they will cheat you as much as they can.
Disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for a one night stay with our 3 children before flying home. We booked specifically for the pool and it appeared to be close to a park and some restaurants. When we arrived we realized the area is run down, the park is small with no playground and there are almost no restaurants in close proximity.we were forced to war both meals at the overpriced restaurant (I will say the food was decent and the service was very good). The most disappointing was that the pol ended up being closed (it's august) and there were no apologies made for the inconvenience. I would not recommend. I wish we'd stayed in the city center near the train station. Disappointing finish to our trip.
I am here from the States, visiting with friends and the city. When I booked this location I was not excited since it is situated at the peripheri of Paris. I was imagining a quiet neighborhood with nothing around and not the best vibe; however, I couldn't have been more wrong. This hotel is beautiful, very modern and lots of amenities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The lifts are quick and funtion properly. It is also across the street from the train, metro, and buss station. The area is full of restaurants, bars, patisseries,... The best part is the staff. They are extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. There is no big city, unapproachable attitude. Wormth and good vibes from the minute you walk into the door. It also comes with a wonderful breakfast included. I was extremely impressed. I will concider the same location next time I'll be visiting.
All kinds of experiences are very, very good, and there is a long-lost feeling of reminiscing youth. Going out is the train station. It is very convenient to sit directly from Paris. It is better to pack and take away the Japanese food store at the door.
As its name, the apartment-style hotel, the tools for cooking inside are very complete, refrigerators, microwave ovens, inlaid induction cookers, woks, all kinds of dishes are available, the price is not cheap (of course, I have a big reason for booking late) about 1000 or so One night, the city's consumption tax has to be paid separately (it was later found that if you are traveling for business, you only need to pay the city's consumption tax if you provide information about the other company), although there is only one or two euros, but the unnecessary expenses can save the province. . The hotel grade is similar to the domestic Hanting class. It is already around 6pm in the hotel. The store recommended a restaurant. Walk left for two or three minutes and click on the most expensive pizza. It tastes very Nice. With the coupons provided by the hotel, I also gave a 85-fold discount. The pictures are posted together for your reference. If you need to eat, you may want to try it. I am more picky about this taste. Half eaten, the remaining half just packed back to the hotel as breakfast for the next day. Actually used these tableware. Haha~ Right, the grade on the side of this hotel is slightly higher, but it is already sold out when you book it. If you choose, I will choose the one on the side. (The picture is next door to the hotel. I also took it. Everyone can look at it, it’s actually a boss. As for the location, it’s quite convenient to be near the Massi Station~
Disgusting and unsafe We arrived be greeted by a receptionist who was attempting to carry out the job of 3. It took us over 30 minutes to check in as he had to keep answering the phone. Once we were checked in and given our keys we went to the 2nd floor where all 3 rooms were situated. The first room we entered the electronic key lock was faulty and took over 15 attempts to gain access. Once in the room we were greeted by the smell of body odour and damp. It was dirty and completely unacceptable. To list a few issues; safe did not work, appliances were wonky and did not appear secure, the board on the side was loose and upside down, wardrobe was falling apart alongside the smell and the faulty door. My father agreed to swap with me as his room was slightly better however the door to his room did not seal correctly when closed . I felt like I was staying in a hostel rather than a 4 star apart hotel. To make matters worse as we gained access to our final room we noticed that it was occupied. This is a complete security issue and was the final straw. I have never felt so unsafe in a property. The rooms are dirty and not hit for a human We checked out and went to stay in the Mecure around the corner. The receptionist did not seem shocked or concerned we were leaving so this must be a regular occurrence. I have been attempting to speak to management for the past 2 weeks and they are now ignoring my emails. Apart from one a week ago to offer me a room upgrade?! Really does show the incompetence that they believe that we are still staying in the hotel. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I used this hotel a few times for business trips and overall tge experience wasn't bad but it also wasn't great. The first trip I was double charged so had to initiate a credit card charge back as it too 1400€ out my account. The second stay was much better, in a Premier room which was far more comfortable. The final stay was not bad but my key card didn't work after the first day so that was irritating. The breakfast was good and the testaurant served lovely food and drinks in the evening, its just a shame the service is slow.
