Beautiful hotel in a beautiful part of town. Expect nothing less of Novotel. Employees very attentive and welcoming. They offer brilliant advice and support when looking at booking football matches at the park de Princes for Paris Saint Germain. My room was really well equipped and a beautiful size. No issues at all throughout my stay. The area this hotel is in is very close to bars cafes restaurants and McDonald’s and KFC very good for late at night food. Be very careful when traveling around St Denis. All in all highly recommend this hotel especially for sporting accommodation. There is also brilliant safe parking near by that is reasonable priced throughout. Highly Recommended.
The Adagio Access Paris Saint-Denis Pleyel is in the Pleyel business district, close to the Stade de France, shops and cinema, and just 10 minutes from central Paris by nearby metro. The 3-star aparthotel has 106 spacious and fully equipped apartments including 8 PRM, from studios to 2-room suites. Free WIFI, paid parking subject to availability.
We stayed here for a few days for the 2024 Paralympics. We got it at a good price and value for money was good. We loved the funky film-theme throughout the hotel. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and bright; there is a good eat-as-much-as-you-need continental breakfast including DIY fresh orange juice and boiled eggs. 15-minute walk to Stade de France (straight up one road if you want to enter Stade de France via entrances S to U); 7-minutes walk to nearest Metro station (which is on line B, 15 minute ride direct to Gard du Nord and Notre Dame) ; 2-minutes walk to nearest supermarket and restaurants (on the same road as the hotel). Cheap and cheerful - perfect for our needs.

The hotel and room is basic but clean. No safe or fridge in room and breakfast is average with boiled eggs being the only hot food from the adjacent cafe. However , the problems start when you set foot outside for the Stade de France or plan to travel into Paris. This was the most lawless, crime ridden out of control area I have ever stayed in. Street robberies and cars parked in the hotel car park broken into in addition to police sirens all night long. If you are visiting the Stade de France be very careful on your 5 MINUTE WALK as local youths are waiting around to rob visitors
Tiny twin rooms, but fine for a couple of nights. Not too far from Stade de France, easy to walk home after the match. The local area is a bit 'edgy', but a lot of development going on so likely to improve in the near future. Overall, the Campanile was reasonable value for money.
The hotel in the Paris suburb of St Denis area is a bit complicated because there are many people selling illegal cigarettes at the Metro gates. But in return, the room is quite spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious with many options. Traveling by Metro is not very far. For the money I spent, I feel quite satisfied. As for security, it's not a big problem. Because of the complex Paris principle, we have to be even more careful about stealing. Paris also rarely has violent attacks, so that's somewhat reassuring. Basically, you get what you pay for.
The hotel is brand new, there are no building issues, other than there are mosquitoes in the rooms - even in November! - and you can't get rid of them. The rooms are quite big. The bathroom is perfectly adequate. The beds are uncomfortable, not even Ibis standard. Location is terrible. The local tram stop has been closed for months. The nearest metro is 15 minutes' walk, and even then it's a very long way from central Paris. I was almost mugged on the street near the hotel at 8.30pm, the area really isn't very safe. On checkin the towels were dirty and covered in blood. Even when refreshed they stank. Breakfast is single-use environmental-catastrophe kind of stuff. No point having compostable plates if you mix it with the plastic from the cheese. But far better just to have washable plates and cutlery in the first place. There are better options for your stay in Paris. Do choose them instead.
Booked 2 double rooms 5 months in advance of the final weekend of the Six Nations - chosen for location (to the stadium), location to public transport, car parking on site, option of food. We found the Hotel easy, car parking directly beside the building (secured overnight), approx 10 minutes walk to the Stadium. Rooms perfectly adequate for 2 nights - clean, towels, bottle of water, clean paper cups (new each day), safe box. Only issue for us was the restaurant wasn't open on the Friday evening when we arrived, on asking for restaurants near by it was suggested that there was a McDonalds close by.... luckily other people staying at the hotel gave us directions over the bridge to the Novotel (which had very reasonable menu, service and food choices).
I was a bit desapointed, the room was not prepared and no blanket for the second bed. I had to request it then i got a dirty one. I had to go back to the reception to have a new clean one.

Very Good
MMrs and MrsIt was such a wonderful experience to stay in H4 Hotel during my visit with my wife in Paris. It's a new hotel with a dynamic and energetic team providing excellent customer services. There's a security guard on every floor so we feel protected. They've provided fresh, healthy and delicious breakfast - you don't want to miss it.
GGuest UserThere is a large bed and two small beds in the suite, the decoration is relatively new, shower and bath are available, dry and wet separation. Sound insulation is good and comfortable. There are microwaves and refrigerators, small and full. It is a 15-minute walk to Metro Line 12. However, due to the tramp nearby, it was a bit messy.
GGuest UserThere is no need to save. The room was very comfortable and spacious with views on the cemetery, the bed was too firm, we had very poor sleep despite a exhausting trip. The sanitary facilities are on the floor, 37 metres from the room, deglutiated: the floor and the seat of the chiots are wet, with water or pit, no longer known. The breakfast is far from worth the required € 4.90: chocolate is only from the fleet, bread is more beautiful than a spoon but has the same taste. The label is unreadable, but only positive: the internet connection, which allowed me to book my next stay in another hotel.
