This hotel is located close to the ‘autoroute du soleil’ which is why we picked it on our way south. Downsides: it’s located in a very industrial area, with a huge factory just next to it. There’s no fridge in the room. You pay 100 EUR on average/night for a double room which is quite overpriced if you ask me, but it’s just the price you pay for a clean room in French cities. Plus: friendly staff, secured parking, decent breakfast, clean room. In just a 5 min drive you can reach the highway again and continue your road trip. Rooms were quiet. We had an issue upon check-out due to Trip.com having provided wrong information to the hotel (I had paid for a room with breakfast to Trip.com and the hotel couldn’t see the same on their reservation system so they thought I hadn’t paid for breakfast.) It was the first time I booked a room via Trip.com. It took me a while to find out how I could talk to their customer service. After 5 min of chatting with customer service, I got one of their assistants on the phone who talked to me first, then to the hotel staff and after the talk, trip.com asked me to pay the hotel for my breakfast once again and said they would refund my breakfast, which they meanwhile did. But all in all we nearly lost an hour of our precious vacation time due to this issue, which is why I’m very reluctant in using trip.com for a second time. I never had these kind of issues with booking.com or hotels.com.

The only regret is a narrow parking place, little space for manoeuvres. Otherwise clean, quiet, welcome staff. Recommended without hesitate

I am 5ft3, 55 kgs and felt claustrophobic in that bathroom, you could hardly move around. Awful. We, as a family, are used to staying in basic hotels when we are only having a stop over during our journeys but this one was beyond basic. As said before tiny bathroom, the mattress on our bed was terrible (collapsing on one side). We booked a family room for the 4 of us and once all the beds were made we literally could not moved around the room, no space to sit or walk around. Dreadful. It was clean though so that is one thing. The parking was gated and you could walk in 15 mins to a McDonald's, the area felt safe enough. The staff was very pleasant but the evening staff could not speak English properly. Only one towel per person no hand towel or floor mat.

The rooms have a large window that gives the passage and no transparent courtyard, so either you close the store or the opaque courtyard and you are without outside light or you are at all's eyes! As for mattresses, they are catastrophic and we have to sleep between the resorts unfortunately In our room there were two beds, one chair and a desk so it goes to sleep and wash, unpleasant to stay in the room The sanitary facilities are good as well as breakfast buffet

Suitable for business trips!

Cool, fast but effective home. As if you were a number: no smile or heat were getting out of this grandmother at the reception. Clean room, enough for one night. Comfortable bed but no more. Isolation ok whatever they say, but I was all at the end of a corridor (Room 2 in the DRC). ATTENTION: large naque -＞ It is well stipulated that there is air conditioned in the hotel But it is only in the municipalities (stipulated nowhere on the site by contrast) and NOt in the rooms. Share especially in summer by nights at 25 degrees.

Makkelijk te bereiken, voldoende parkeergelegenheid en een vriendelijke ontvangst. Sfeervol ingericht restaurant voor ontbijt en dinner. Het ontbijt is goed verzorgd en bied alles wat je verwacht van een Mercure hotel. De kaart voor het avondeten is klein, maar de gerechten zijn prima. Ik heb elke avond hier heerlijk gegeten. De standaard kamers zijn wat mij betreft iets te klein. Werken aan een klein bureau dat van mij groter had mogen zijn. De badkamer heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Klein minpuntje; in vergelijking met het sfeervol ingerichte restaurant en de staat van onderhoud hiervan, zouden de kamers wel een update kunnen gebruiken. Ook het reinigen van de kamer kan beter. Ondanks dat, heb ik het naar mijn zin gehad. Ik kom graag nog eens terug.
