One Mr. David at the front office - arrogantly told my wife to GET OUT of the Hotel, even though we were leaving on 27th May evening - as we were fed up of the fact that inspite of complaining th night before ( Chkd in on 26th May evening ) - about th Room AC not working properly, and again complaining next morning at 10.00 to one Mr Anupam, who had cnfmd that incase the AC is not set right on 27th May - he will either change our room OR refund the room charges. On 27th evening when we returned back to the room to sleep - to our disgust we found that the AC was still not working / so we called Mr David to the room ( he agreed to come to the room inspite of many requests ) - Mr David after inspection agreed that there was a problem with th AC - so we requested him to CHANGE OUR ROOM as promised by Mr ANUPAM, however to our utter disgust we were advised that there are no rooms available any more. As such we decided to chk out and move to another hotel that night at 11.00 pm / and requested Mr David to refund the amount for our entire stay ( we stayed only 1 night / but had paid for 3 nights ) - he REFUSED to refund for the Night we had stayed (26th May ) - and refunded for the balance 2 nights ( 27th & 28th May ) - This followed with an argument / and he refused to refund the entire amount, talking very sarcastically, arrogantly, and ultimately asking my wife to ”GET OUT OF THE HOTEL” We then left and stayed for the balance 2 nights at the Holiday Inn Express, Geneve Airport. I feel this kind of person ( Mr David ) is NOT FIT to work in the Hospitality Industry at all - and she be sacked immdtly, before he damages this hotel/ Best Western reputation any more with his behaviour. I have promised myself - I will NEVER stay in this property- and I wd suggest all readers of this remarks to REFRAIN from going to this hotel at any time.
The 27-square-meter room is very large, it is more comfortable to live, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is a cloakroom, there is a small kitchen, you can simply cook something, the big window will be more perfect if the floor-to-ceiling window design, overall very good, except the location is a bit biased, the bus usually runs every hour, Be optimistic about the time to go out, but if you have a car, it will be very convenient. The outside environment is very good, the scenery is beautiful

Ibis Budget Saint Genis Pouilly Geneva Review I recently stayed at Ibis Budget Saint Genis Pouilly Geneva and found it to be an excellent value for money. The triple rooms were adequately sized, but the double rooms felt too cramped for comfort. Breakfast options were limited, offering low variety. Additionally, the cafeteria tended to get crowded during evening and night hours, which made it a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel offers stunning views of the Alps, which was a definite highlight of the stay. Another plus point was the presence of EV chargers, a great convenience for electric vehicle owners. However, I was disappointed that the bikes provided by the hotel were out of service during rainy conditions, which limited outdoor exploration. Overall, while the hotel offers some fantastic features like the Alps view and EV chargers, improvements in room sizes and breakfast variety would make the stay even better.
The hotel is old, the facilities are still perfect, the door lock is a bit loose, the door has to be closed several times before closing, the carpet is old, dirty, the price is more affordable, the service attitude is still very good, but it is far from the bus station, every time I go over, I feel too far
Possibly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Arrived late at night - reception closed and no-one answering when I called. My boss eventually got hold of someone who came from across the road to give me key! Room was filthy, toilet had urine in, chunk missing from bottom of door, bathroom had hairs in shower, bed spread creased and dirty and what felt like crumbs in bed and clumps of dust around floor. Didn’t want a shower or even to brush my teeth in the ‘bathroom’. Checked out at 8am, still no-one on reception to give me location of breakfast (which had been paid for). Totally appalled at this place.
We loved this resort, travelled for a night only after a longer stay in Geneva and wished we had stayed longer. Room was beautiful and huge, lovely view over mountains and all amenities were top notch. There is fabulous smell all over but not overwhelming. We used pool spa, sauna all great. Massage was gorgeous! The dinner in Italian was nice, my husband beef was beautiful, my course the vegetarian pumpkin with truffle was okay. The restaurant staff were lovely especially the lady whose name I did not remember but had polish, English and French she was so lovely. They put lovely candle and chocolate decorations on desert for birthday! The food in bar was nice and prices are what you would expect from 5star. Bed medium to firm, pillow selection and nice toiletries.
I stayed there for 2 nights where I was on business trip in Geneva. The staff by the reception were rude and not service-minded. There is no wine opener in the room. So I went down to reception to borrow one. The staff told me he could not let me take it and I have to bring the bottle down and open it there! It was such a humiliating experience. The staff were slow and sloppy. The facilities was poor. The room is very small and has only bed, a small table and a chair. No hairdryer, no ironing board, no bottle opener, no cups or glass. It was very expensive comparing what I got. The location is not convenient. It is in the middle of nowhere. The grocery store nearby closes early.
The hotel is ideally located, only 2 km from the airport of Geneva. The hotel is very comfortable, staff (particularly reception) is courtyard and pleasant, always ready to help. The room after renovation is clean. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh meals. All was perfect! I strongly recommend this place for a pleasant and comfortable stay!
