The reception was very responsive and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The food was delicious. It is a hotel that I definitely want to stay next time.

Excellent stay, two very helpful members of staff at reception. Location is perfect, on the outskirts of glasgow,close to motorway. Lots of parking spaces..suitable for larger passenger vehicles to park - no height restrictions.

The lighting in the whole building is very subtle. Nice and relaxing music and atmosphere. Only one hand and bath towel in the bathroom and, although there were more in the bottom of the bed, we were unaware of where to find these until we checked out. I was in the shower before I realised there wasn’t a second towel and it was too late to phone reception. Booking had 2 names for the room so we would have expected adequate towels in the bathroom or visible in the room rather than under the bed.

We stayed to see show in Glasgow. Beautiful quiet area. Great link with the motorway 5mins. An extra bonus we stayed during a race day. We had racecourse view. Very clean room with friendly attentive staff. It is possible to buy food and drink all night. A great bonus when returning late to the hotel. We will be back in October for another show. I would not consider staying anywhere else now

Hotel chain not far from motherwell station

The service provided was pleasant. The hotel is located along the highway and has a supermarket beside with some fast food joints. The hotel is not exactly in a touristy location but it serves as a convenient location to branch out and back when visiting multiple places. Breakfast was served with sausages, bacon, eggs, cereal, etc. pretty normal of which both my children had enjoyed. Room was clean and spacious with the double bed and sofa bed. If we are visiting Scotland in future, this hotel will definitely be on our consideration.

While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.
