"Probably the best hotel we have stayed in working away every weekend and we stay in a leisure hotel every weekend, all brand new, jacuzzi was unreal, steam room could have been hotter, sauna was 100c which was lovely, never seen one that hot, room had air con, buffet breakfast was beautiful, very clean hotel. "

"行程最熱的一天，入住這家酒店兩晚。第一天非常不滿意，前台印度裔的小姑娘給安排了一間沒有空調的房間，電風扇還是壞的。酒店當晚還有婚禮，一直鬧到晚上1點。我到凌晨2點才睡着。我們房間一直是用一個垃圾桶頂着門透氣。到了快5點我下樓外面比房間裏的空氣新鮮多了。真想露宿外面了。當天早晨前台的Daniallia非常非常專業，瞭解清楚我的超不滿意後給升級了套房，算彌補了。但是還是忘了幫我們把行李送到我們房間，答應了的。這家酒店總體最大的問題是人手不夠。酒吧服務整天就一個人服務，已經工作到焦頭爛額了。這家酒店是歷史名宅，可惜了管理層和owner的種種問題影響了體驗。好在他們有Daiallia的聰慧機智可愛挽回了顏面。我還想提的是他們的園丁Phill，在這個大房子和大公園服務了26年了，和我分享了很多這房子的故事。一位非常友好可親的英國大爺。他也是我將來再會入住的原因。希望酒店管理層能有所改進，人手增加。否則真的是配不上這棟如此美麗的歷史豪宅和無敵大花園的。"

"The hotel has an elevator, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the room space is good, there is an open-air garden, and you can eat in the shed in the garden. The service staff is very positive and actively meets the needs of customers. It is close to Windsor Castle, and reservations are tight on weekends and the price is high. There is no hotel next to the hotel Shops and restaurants, eat in the hotel restaurant, the food in the restaurant is typical British food"

"The room is large, there is a supermarket nearby, the refrigerator in the room, but you can go to the restaurant next to the ice bucket, which is slightly inconvenient, other services are acceptable"
