"The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. It's situated right above a train station, with a convenience store downstairs and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. For enhanced security, the main entrance requires key card access during the evenings, which is a nice touch. While the breakfast menu remained consistent each day, there was still a good enough variety to choose from."
"The room we were staying it’s not a good view ( backyard ) with a lot of noise from the seagulls . The bathroom floors tiles either cracked or loose, shower room water leaking from the side of panel ( wet floor) , the toilet not flush properly ."
"The room was quite spacious for UK standards, and the price was a steal compared to London. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. Getting to the beach took about 20 minutes by bus."
"Quite decent, spacious and clean, friendly staff. It seems like there’s been some time since it was last renovated but everything is very well maintained and in working condition. Hot breakfast was okay, it was fun to cook my own waffle."
"Very good hotel, the space design is very modern, the service is very attentive, there are shopping malls in the neighborhood, there are places to shop, there are also places of literature and art space"
"The experience was great! It has its own small town characteristics. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was thoughtful and friendly. The location is near the Dundee bus station, and it is very convenient to take a bus to Dundee and then to the hotel. If I come again next time, I will probably choose here"
"Overall satisfied. Staff are happy to provide assistance; although parking space is limited, staff try to make arrangements for clients. Each staff member takes on many roles and is very busy, and they do their best to serve their customers.
When we arrived, the only elevator with direct access to the top floor broke down, and the staff arranged the top floor rooms as usual, requiring you to walk up one floor. Since it is more difficult and strenuous to carry luggage to the upper floor. I informed the staff and they were happy to transfer me to another suitable room.
There was a broken light at the entrance of the room, so they informed the staff. Since it was evening, the staff said they would find someone to replace them on Wing Day, but they didn't."
"I know this is a budget hotel but there is a lot more effort needed. There should never be mould showing around bath seals etc. It’s an easy fix. General cleanliness poor. We had to clean areas ourselves even after being transferred to another room after complaining first room hadn’t been cleaned. The staff in general friendly and helpful. Bins outside hotel full to the brim. I have a feeling staff don’t really care to much about how hotel looks. Anyway did the job for a few nights stay. But if I had the choice I would pay extra for a better room elsewhere and hopefully cleaner."
"Nice hotel. Clean and tidy room. The reception is very kind and helpful. There’s McDonald’s, KFC and restaurant near by. It’s very convenience."
