"The hotel boasts an incredibly convenient location. It's situated right above a train station, with a convenience store downstairs and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. For enhanced security, the main entrance requires key card access during the evenings, which is a nice touch. While the breakfast menu remained consistent each day, there was still a good enough variety to choose from."
"While the staff were lovely and friendly, Trip had not let them know that we’d being splitting a group of 5 between two rooms so would need the sofa bed made up in one room. However, the staff quickly provided us with the sheets and pillows needed.
The rooms were clean and tidy, although the bathrooms were in need of a spruce up, with the floor tiles in both needing fixing (chipped tile in one and a sunken tile in the other). Also, there were no sockets near the bed for charging phones etc. a bit of an oversight in room design.
However, these are all minor niggles. Overall we had a nice stay."
"Quite decent, spacious and clean, friendly staff. It seems like there’s been some time since it was last renovated but everything is very well maintained and in working condition. Hot breakfast was okay, it was fun to cook my own waffle."
"Very good hotel, the space design is very modern, the service is very attentive, there are shopping malls in the neighborhood, there are places to shop, there are also places of literature and art space"
"The hotel is nice, right by the pier. The room is spacious and clean, and the facilities are very new. The parking lot is huge, making it convenient to park. Downstairs, by the pier, there's an Indian buffet restaurant with a rich variety of dishes. They have dozens of curries, plus fried fish, fried chicken, fried vegetables, and fried prawns... They replenish items promptly, and everything is freshly prepared and fried in an open kitchen."
"The experience was great! It has its own small town characteristics. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was thoughtful and friendly. The location is near the Dundee bus station, and it is very convenient to take a bus to Dundee and then to the hotel. If I come again next time, I will probably choose here"
"Lovely helpful reception staff and great clean comfortable room. Lots of parking which is a massive bonus. Highly recommend for a budget price but great hotel. "
"Always my first port of call when flying to Dundee. Stayed many times never been disappointed
Many things to admire about the hotel but the friendly welcome from receptionist Lesley is a treat after a long day travelling. "
"Very well appointed room, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming . Room was very warm but housekeeping quickly provided a fan to help reduce the temperature . Car parking limited but council car park available in close proximity at East Port Car Park if spaces not available. Breakfast provided a a good range of continental and cooked options ."
