We booked for pre wedding night and the evening of the wedding. The room was great with everything you could need. It even had a fan for those warmer nights. I loved the welcoming when we arrived and when we left. As it was my weddings we had a very special room made on the day for us to come back to. It was perfect. We stayed in room 7 and there is one downfall, the mattress sunk in the middle so that could be replaced, apart from that. 5🌟👍 up.

Facilities: mini version of bathroom sink Hygiene: It’s pretty clean (I didn’t look carefully at night) Environment: I live in Room 66 on the first floor. Outside the window are the parking lot, corridor and garbage station; Service: On the day of check-in, I encountered a group of people having a party in the parking lot outside the room window. They made a lot of noise in the parking lot. I couldn't stand it and went to the front desk to ask for a room change. They were told that the room was full and they didn't do anything. It didn't quiet down until two o'clock.

GGuest UserWhat a great hotel. The room was spotless and very well decorated with a quirky feel. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was superb. Perfect for the lone traveller who wants peace and quiet to work and no doubt for tourists too in this lovely little town.Top marks.

We recently came here for the afternoon tea experience and honestly couldn't recommend it more! We were helped out by Charlotte and she was so attentive and checked in at all the right moments. The food was delicious, and the scenery was just so lovely, it all felt very cozy and we would love to go back again soon!
