We used the Kings Arms to hold a Wake for our dear brother. From the first time we contacted the hotel, we had excellent service. Not too far from East Devon Crem, it was perfect for us. We got quotes from a number of places, and this one beat them all! We had been quoted up to more than double. the price. Nice and easy to park, All guests were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were all made very welcome. The room was light and airy and warm. The food was excellent and one of my friends who is a very fussy, professional cook said it was brilliant. Teas and coffees were included in the price too. The place was very clean. There were about 50 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. Could have fitted more. Thank you to Freddie and the team, you went above and beyond.
We had a fantastic one night stay here! The room was a great size, staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bar staff were also superb. We also added breakfast to stay and we were really impressed with this a great price for what you get definitely worth doing! we also very much enjoyed the standard 12pm check out, at least from our experiences most other places have an earlier check out making you feel rushed sometimes so this being slightly later is great. Overall had a wonderful stay here and would stay again without a second thought.
I was unsure what experience I would have from reading the mixed reviews for this hotel. But I wanted a hotel that wasn't too far from Heathrow, and easily accessible to the Underground and reasonable price (other Hilton properties on or near LHR are either pricey, not great reviews, or require taxi/car to get to them). I was pleasantly pleased with this hotel. Walking up to it from the Underground (very short walk), it looks old and unimpressive. But when you enter the lobby, it is clean, modern and comfortable looking. Front desk staff were polite and friendly as were other staff I passed in the halls. The room was quite comfortable, and I personally thought the beds were on par with Hampton in the US - comfy, but not overly soft (I prefer softer, but that rarely happens in a hotel). Bathroom was small, but typical for UK and shower was very nice. Breakfast was good - I didn't go at peak time, but when I went, everything was warm, well stocked, fresh looking and large selection (more than I see in a typical US Hampton property). I can't say how this would be for many nights, but if you want a cheaper hotel right off the Tube, this is a good choice for sure.

Amazing attentive staff, clean room with good facilities, and fantastic value for money. The new Elizabeth line makes the location very convenient for Heathrow and central London. I will definitely consider coming back next time I'm in London for business!
Absolutely brilliant hotel, staff especially Monica who went that extra mile for us.The room was spotless and the room facilities are excellent.we stayed in room 1 for disabled access the fridge was a nice touch and the coffee machine and bottled water came in very handy. The transport links to Piccadilly Circus were great from near by North Ealing tube line. But what really made our stay enjoyable was the lovely Monica a clear asset to the hotel, she made us feel like a VIP . Thanks for being a great hotel,we will definitely book and stay again.
Everything about our stay was fantastic: staff, bed, room, facilities, ambience, breakfast, parking, location, Just a perfect London base. Very handy Elizabeth Line tube station just few minutes walk away. Whether going into central London, visiting people in local vicinity, going to Wembley Stadium or similar, perfect for all! Thank you very much, we will be back!

To be honest, the hotel is good for its price in London. Very suitable if you are taking flight to Heathrow. Also if you wanna explore London in a budget.
The is a sisha smoking set up during the night, which gives unsafe vibes. However, during my stay I didn't have any hassles. There were few noises that disturb the sleep.

The Hotel was very clean & based on a perfect road with much public vehicles. The only bad thing was, that the TV was not a smart tv and we could not connect a phone. The elevator broke on our second day of our 6 days trip but it was still fine. Would come back.

Located in London (Acton), this apartment is within a 10-minute drive of Westfield London Shopping Centre and Kensington High Street. This apartment is 4.3 mi (6.9 km) from Natural History Museum and 4.9 mi (7.8 km) from Hyde Park.
Make yourself comfortable in this apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.
Floor boards above constantly creaking along with stairs and corridor, whirring noise that keeps starting, getting faster and stopping. Noisy gate on alleyway. TV is size of a 10” tablet and as far away as possible so pretty useless. Very thin duvet. Fan was on and heating off when I arrived and it was only 16 degrees. Took 2 hours for the room to get slightly warm. Heater has plastic panel in front of controls so impossible to change settings. Almost impossible to sit on toilet as nowhere for knees to go as it's crammed into a corner. Only one light switch - either all on very bright or all off. Wasn't expecting anything special, but at least expected a warm, quiet room and good night's sleep. No teaspoon for drinks, just a wooden stirrer. Reasonable space in room for one person. Desk is tiny. Car park free and enough space. Breakfast was just one rasher of bacon, one sausage, one piece of tomato and choice of egg plus toast.

GGuest UserNice hotel and location but room quite small for a queen room. Bathroom very small. But very clean
GGuest User1. Transportation: It’s half an hour’s drive from the airport, and it’s more convenient to have a parking lot.
2. Convenience: There is a McDonald's next door, a restaurant downstairs, and free water and milk downstairs.
3. Hygiene: relatively clean.
4. Comfort: The bed is very, very small and I dare not turn over, and the room is also small.
5. Cost-effectiveness: medium.
6. Meals: There are many types of breakfast
Summary: It’s okay to temporarily oversleep for one night.
GGuest UserAbsolute dump. For starters we paid over £250 for a hotel that had dirty carpets, dirty bathroom floor. Shower head kept falling off and there wasn’t enough towels for all of us so 2 of us didn’t have a shower. There’s a smart tv in the room. With zero smart tv channels. Like none. So nothing for my daughter to watch. Tried to access the channels and every menu was disabled. Breakfast was a total disappointment- they advertised pancakes and there was a pancake stand there - empty. Ideal. The staff were polite but not friendly. Literally acted like they would rather be somewhere else, I mean I get it, nobody wants to be working Sunday night but at least pretend. £15 parking is disgusting. Especially for disabled.. The kettle was vile, covered in limescale which then made my cup of tea have floaty bits in. Delicious! Tried to get a coffee in the morning and the coffee machine was out of order for cleaning. Could that not have been done on the evening? It’s breakfast, I wanted a coffee. No such luck. Completely over priced hotel which by holiday inn standards was appalling. Wish I’d slept in my car. Would have been cheaper and cleaner.

Very Good
GGuest UserI stay with the IHG group every week and one hotel stay rolls into another. However tonight's stay deserves a positive review thanks to young man on reception called Joshua. I arrived at the hotel extremely early, just after 14:00 and understandly my room was not yet ready. Joshua gave me a drinks voucher and set me up in the downstairs bar / restaurant. It's comfy and quiet down there and I was able to get on with some work. Once my room was ready I discovered that I had been upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. Then later in the evening Joshua was kind enough to bring me up a fan along with a key that allowed him to open the windows. So often you're just another number, but not tonight. Joshua was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and polite. I will use this hotel as often as possible and recommend it to others.
GGuest UserThe location is convenient. 10 mins walk to underground n go to Central London, just left my car at the hotel car park (free parking) till late evening.
Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and it’s quiet at night. The bar/restaurant looks classic, though I didn’t eat anything there.
GGuest UserPlace was clean. Hopefully they can have toilets and wash room for every floor. But staff are helpful and accommodating. Location is easy to locate just that it’s a busy one and can’t really help to be noisy
GGuest UserWe had a very bad experience at the Hotel Parc in Paris, and we arrived at the Holiday Inn in London, we were a little scared, but thank God it was an incredible experience, since we arrived, the Welcome was excellent, your Admission staff was incredible , polite, with a smile that filled us with confidence, then when we went to the rooms... incredible, a total cleanliness, but more than all the atmosphere since we arrived and its staff that I give it a 100. What happiness and tranquility we they gave. We plan to travel again with my children and we will definitely book at this hotel again. Dora

GGuest UserWe stayed for one night only but we wished we stayed for more. This is an excellent hotel location with the tube for Ealing Broadway only 10 mins walk away. There are lots of retail shops and cafes (including Gail’s Bakery) only a short 5/10 walk down one road, so no getting lost. The hotel itself is new and it was nice to stay somewhere a little different to the normal hotels. There is a bonus of there being a car park underground which was £15 for 24 hours which was reasonable and they had electric car charging which was perfect for our journey back getting the car fully charged over night. We had a family room which felt quite big even though there were 2 adults and 2 children. It would have been fine for 4 adults. Beds were comfy and bathroom was lovely. Staff were all lovely and friendly. Breakfast was continental style but there was always someone topping everything back up when needed. We would definitely stay again.
I cannot convey strongly enough how disgusting this place is blood stained headboards that have clearly been up since the world war (the first one), rude staff, windows that won’t close, no hot water, broken furniture, dirty utensils, broken light fixings and actual poo in the kettle. Pretty sure I’m going to end up with some sort of rash/disease due to sanitation conditions similar to those of a homeless crack head. In summary, this place is a complete hole. The owner kept trying to sell me the hotel and asked if I knew anyone in England who would buy it, I found a cats paw in my pillow case. Also had chest of drawers with no drawers in them, a cupboard with no back, a double bed the size of a hammock made of concrete. Communal toilets with no locks. Our neighbour lived in it had TV on all day and nite [sic] and didn’t close the door. It should be named Alcatraz. Someone's bean here before... We didn't like this hotel. We got a really bad service, we found a bean in the room and when we noticed [sic] that to the personal they were laughing in front of us, so we got really angry. Beds are solid tvs don't work and windows haven't been cleaned since the days of Stalin,” wrote a one-time guest of this Krakow establishment. To sum it up, on my last day I slipped on a used condom and tore my hamstring. Sickening! For the sake of yourself, your family, your friends, and your sanity. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER GOING!!!. We dared to ask for a drink one minute after her shift finished and wow did we pay for this. He was very rude and quite clearly looking for a fight with customers who are spending a lot of money. ”We said to him that our group had booked five bedrooms with the hotel and had spent a lot of money and his response was 'What do you want, a medal?'” We booked for 7 nights, but we left the hotel after one night without refunded. When I asked *********** for refunding, they told us that why choosed it even though other guests had same bad experience and put bad feedbacks to this hotel, so we didn't get out money back.
GGuest UserStayed here for 1 night as taking part in RideLondon and I wanted somewhere with nearby parking and tube access, this fitted the bill After reading reviews I was a bit concerned, but for the price I was paying and the fact I would be leaving in the early hours I took the chance On arrival its in a nice area, and the outside was clean. I got allocated my room on 1st floor at front. The room had all the basic facilities I needed and the bed was comfy enough, however it was very small (not really an issue) and was very dated. Needing to go to bed early, I was concerned about traffic noise outside, however room had a decent fan so I was able to shut window. The hotel is a short walk to ealing town centre with a tube station and plenty of shops. With the exception of my bathroom (which looked brand new) the whole hotel desperately needs modernisation, the paintwork and decor is run down. Hotel has potential I would possibly stay here again but not as a 1st choice
