The kitchen is open plan to the light and airy garden room with its large kitchen table. 3 big opening windows to the rear of the garden room give glorious views of the gardens and stunning sunsets, double French doors to each side leading out onto the wrap around terrace.Extending out from the kitchen on one side is an office with well stocked book shelves and an antique desk. To the other side is a utility room with washing machine and w/c.The outside provides spacious 360 degree undulating gardens with a natural spring trickling gently all year. Scarcely overlooked so provides the perfect magical retreat with its secret passage, tree house and zip line tucked away at the back of the garden. There is a large wrap around patio providing a soft seating area and dining area with bbq facilities. There is a log store to the right of the house providing firewood. (Note garage and store room are not accessible to guests).In the village there are two pubs, one serving traditional pub food and the other a finer cuisine.
