The Venue and Staff The venue really speaks for itself - it's beautiful, and the staff really upkeep that standard. The service is amazing with nothing being too much of an ask, if they don't know the answer - they find it and come back to you. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are beautiful. Very classic castle styling, the tower I stayed in was a little more modern, whereas some of my guests and family were in rooms with a lot more of a traditional vibe, so I'd say be prepared for either outcome! The baths are a dream - addition of bank planks is a great idea Rooms with nespresso machines - again, great addition The onsite wedding team are so helpful, professional and kind and make the whole thing much easier and reassuring :) The Food The breakfast that comes included is lovely - a small buffet of continental items such as pastries, fruit and yoghurt. Then an Al a carte option for your hot food - which includes full English or sandwiches. Nice options! I didnt eat in the restaurant during our stay but can comment on the food included in our wedding day: The wedding breakfast was so good! Everyone was raving about it all day, especially the pudding. In the evening, we opted to have individual pies, which I'll be honest - I wasn't overly looking forward to. But they were so good, really good gravy too which is always a must haha!! Whether you're looking to just stay over as a couple, go for a fancy dinner, or have a wedding - the venue and the staff make it all worth it. We stayed on Sunday 10th September in Delamere, one of the courtyard rooms and started with a perfect Roast Beef Lunch. Possible the best we’ve ever had. Our room was really comfortable and well-appointed. Whilst the bathroom was small, it was cleverly laid out and suited us well. Good lighting for makeup, which makes a refreshing change from most places we visit! Dinner was equally as good (although one constructive criticism would be that the there should be a better variety on the Cheese Board. However we’ve not reduced our 5 * rating because everything else was spot on). After a very comfortable sleep we thoroughly enjoyed a superb breakfast. Great choice, generous and delicious! We enjoyed The Pheasant Inn so much that we are planning to give vouchers to various family members as Christmas gifts and will definitely be back ourselves soon. Thanks for a great stay.

I had the most delightful dining experience at your restaurant, all thanks to Connor's exceptional table service! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home. Throughout the meal, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. His recommendations were spot-on, and he even surprised me with a complimentary dessert that was simply divine! Connor's professionalism and friendly demeanor truly elevated my evening. I can't wait to return and enjoy his impeccable service again. Kudos to Connor and the entire staff for creating a memorable dining experience!
