"The environment is elegant and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and soft. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the stay is efficient and convenient. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great! Convenient location, quiet surroundings and convenient travel. High cost performance, will choose here next time, highly recommended!"
"I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it.
I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back."
"We stayed for one night at The London Chigwell Prince Regent, and while the hotel itself is your standard, no-fuss 4 star hotel, it was the staff who truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless — the team couldn’t do enough for us. They were more than happy to accommodate a room change with no fuss at all.
Later, we realised we’d accidentally left important medication in the room after check-out. The staff handled it swiftly and with real care, making what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
It’s rare these days to experience genuine, thoughtful customer service like this. The team here are a credit to the venue, and we’d happily stay again because of them."
"Room facilities are generally damaged. The female service staff at the front desk is required to provide a satisfactory replacement service. But because of urgent things, you need to check out one day in advance and discuss in advance. The male service staff at the front desk communicated that the service attitude was not good. The problem was not solved in time and the delay was finally not satisfied."
"I have speak with reception today, room was dirty, pisses of glass on the floor, toilet dirty , hair under the shower, dirty toilet seat , I should stay a whole night , I came only because I didn’t wanna pay cancellation fee because we booked wrong date, but I couldn’t use the shower and toilet seat was very dirty so after 2-3 hours I check out. Room doesn’t smell even fresh - for this price I was in shock. Anyway 86£ was wasted. Reception amazing, helpful and nice. They told me even I’m
Not the only one who complain about cleaners."
"It's a nice room, but if there was an air conditioner, it would be impossible to stay in the room during hot weather, let alone get a good night's sleep. Additionally, there is loud music playing on the lower floors. However, overall, it is a suitable accommodation option."
"I stayed for one night to go to Stansted Airport early the next morning. The location was good because it was close to Stansted Airport, but the room was too cold and very small. In the first place, it was far from the city and it was a dangerous neighborhood with nothing to say about attractions, so unless you are staying for the airport It's a hotel with no merit at all. I think it's a good hotel to stay for one night."
"Good for price . The pillow cannot sleep , no soap to bath . Poor amenities . Coming to service there is deposit 100 pound with card only . If it is traveler from other country , can take up to 28 days . Hard to reclaim if it is not refunded . Apart from this , everything fine ."

Very Good
YYibaocanghaiThe room is clean and very cost-effective. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but there is a good restaurant next door. It is a simple and clear express hotel, suitable for family travel. It is some distance from the subway station, about 30 minutes' walk!
