"Accidentally went to Holiday Inn not Holiday Express. Holiday inn booked taxi for ne yo ho to Holiday Express and i was charged £22.50 by taxi driver yet taxi driver didnt go to airport. Holiday inn express when i told them were concerned and phoned Holiday inn to spread the news visitors need to be aware shouldnt have paid more than £10. Room was clean as was the bathroom. Quiet at night."

"We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Manchester Airport after arriving back from our holiday in the early hours. The hotel made everything so easy and stress-free, which was exactly what we needed after a long journey. The check-in was smooth and welcoming. What really stood out was the level of service, the staff were warm, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. "The hotel is located right inside the terminal building. We spent the day exploring the city, then took a 20-minute train ride from the city at night, arriving directly at the hotel. It was much more convenient than taking a taxi. The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy, with a large bed and a sofa bed, easily accommodating three adults. The soundproofing was excellent, making our morning flight the next day very relaxed. The English breakfast had all the usual offerings, and the hash browns were delicious. The freshly squeezed orange juice was a pleasant surprise, sweet and tangy. Check-out was self-service; we just dropped the key card into a mailbox in the lobby, then headed to T2, which was less than a 5-minute walk away. Extremely convenient."

"Stayed here twice before and was satisfied with experience.  Unfortunately, this time, I had to change the room as the curtains were falling down and wouldn’t close.  The replacement room they gave me smelled of sweat and wee.   Other than that the hotel is nice and reasonably priced.  Parking is good.  Cleaning needs to be prioritised to improve the experience"
