We stopped at this Hotel on 17th September 2022 The Hotel is well placed in a good location, from the hotel there is a transfer bus to the airport every 30-minutes cost £4.00 per person payable on the bus. We booked the hotel through Holiday Extras and the cost included 7-days parking at the hotel, the car parks were large and secure, and you keep the car keys, we had no problems finding a parking space. The room we had was clean and spacious and we could not fault. We ate in the Hotel's Restaurant, the food and drinks were reasonably priced, and our waiter Dimitar was very polite and attenuative. If flying from Stanstead Airport again I would choose this hotel

One night before a flight, small room but everything you need for an overnight stay, comfy big bed, tea and coffee making facilities, tv and mini fridge, we had a room at the rear of the hotel so quieter than the front, we would definitely stay again if we had an early flight.

It’s a slight longer walk to the terminal compared to Radisson Blu but we chose this hotel as it’s newer. It doesn’t have an indoor pool unlike the Radisson.
The queen accessible room we stayed in was big and seeing the planes from the room was cool but the water from the shower goes everywhere and makes it slippery. My son slipped from this. The hot water barely worked in the room.
The best part about the hotel was the friendly lady working at breakfast and the waffle machine where you can make your own waffles.

Lovely little hotel very close to Stanstead Airport. It was being refurbished unfortunatley, so had some issues with wifi, but I was upgraded to a double room immediartely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was missing a small fridge and a toilet brush, which should be stadard in a four star establishment.

I arrived at the hotel and was quickly attended to, but the attendant barely spoke to me. While I watched the attendant at the counter next door giving all the information to other guests, my attendant simply told me the room number and floor. That was okay, the room was comfortable, but the sofa had a round white stain that I couldn't tell what it was. The breakfast was good, the room had a good structure, and the location was great.
