"It was confusing finding the entrance to the property, there's no parking in front of the hotel except 7pm to 7am zone, and the parking lot behind the hotel only has parking bays 12 to 27 and only 10mins free parking before you get charged or find with cctv camera - there's no disability parking and private parking is £15 for 24hrs, display your ticket but if you leave and return later, your parking is still valid but only if you can find an available space as you are not allocated a specific parking bay, even though you paid £15 for up to 24hrs. Ludicrous!. I asked the hotel staff if I could book undercover parking that the hotel has, they said it was not suitable for someone with disabilities and mobility issues as no lift from the carpark and a long walk with stairs.
If you don't have a vehicle then the location is good as the Sutton rail station and buses are short walking distance. It's got a restaurant/bar onsite, open until 10pm. Food was nice."
"Holiday inn Sutton 4*hotel. Close to local amenities shopping , eating. The hotel has Jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool, gym, and steam room. Excellent selection of breakfast (help yourself / buffet). Friendly staff at the hotel. Good public transport nearby. I high recommended Holiday Inn Sutton."
"During the check-in day, the keeper told us our room was not ready although it was 18:00 already. When we learnt that he was the only guy to complete all house keeping for more than 10 rooms. We understood and waited for him about 5 mins to complete remaining jobs. The room was large and the cleanliness was in acceptable level. My son felt itchy after sleeping and he fortunately recovered soon. We appreciated that the hotel offers breads, eggs, bacon, apple juice, etc. for customers to prepare their own breakfast. From my point of view, I would still recommend this accommodation as its charge is not high while offers foods, free parking, and big rooms. On my leaving day, I observed that there was another assistant to complete house keeping jobs. Hopefully, the management will understand the harsh working environment and employ more staff to keep the service standard."
"Nice location and modern studios. First time staying here. Kitchen not as well equipped as other Adagio properties I've stayed at but adequate for a couple of nights. Was really nice to have a washing machine in the room instead of a shared one. Great shower and good WiFi. Shame there is no fitness room. Would stay here again."
"Had a good stay at the Greyhound Hotel.Stayed in a Classic double, which was large, with all the Amenities.
The Shower was Fantastic,a large Rainfall shower with plenty of power, one of the best I have come across.
Bed was large, but the lighting took a bit of getting used too. Also the TV had poor reception, and was unusable at times, but these were only minor Gripes.
Has a Restaurant which serves decent Food, and good selection of Beers.
The Car park also seemed secure, which is important to me with my work Van.
All I all a nice hotel, reasonable value, good size room, and the best shower around!"
"Very nice hotel not far from the subway, the environment is convenient, the newly opened price is cheap, the facilities are very new, both rooms are very suitable for travel and vacation and balcony"
