"Me and my girlfriend come down for a few days as we had a few concerts we were going too, this hotel was very easy to locate and had a very friendly atmosphere to it the staff were very helpful and helped us a lot, breakfast was great they had a mix of buffets and normal breakfast was really really nice, the room we got was a completely different room to what we booked but we didn’t really care so not gonna leave a bad review about it, the room was rather nice basic but nice had everything you needed in it will definitely be returning thank youse."
"No surprises, no delights.
As expected so we booked a practical location, with parking ( didn’t realise overnight fee is £6 as often it’s free at Premier inn for overnight guests) and standard amenities.
Bathroom shower curtains had some smell otherwise standard cleanliness.
Breakfast a slight miss as most Premier Inn can do a better cooked English full breakfast.
Given our purpose and location of hotel, we would stay again."
"Everything is good except the bathroom. The shower is a very poor design. The narrow shower glass cannot prevent the water spilling outside. The floor of the shower base is not steep to flow the water to the drain. Instead, the water flow backward to another side and spill out from the basin. No matter how careful we were, the messy still happened."
"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Manchester Trafford Centre West Premier Inn, Brilliant and Friendly Staff, Bar and Restaurant were amazing. Room was Incredible, Cleaned and Maintained to a very High Standard. Great Lighting With Large TV. Also loved the HDMI input below TV so you can hook up an external device to watch anything on. The USB inputs on each bedside were a great touch too providing charge to my phone without the need to have a plug. and the Bathroom was spot on, Shampoo was provided along with proper hand soap, Hot water, Great Shower Pressure and lastly toilet Seat was secure and not loose and Clean. "
"I really enjoyed my stay here for the Manchester half marathon 2025 - the hotel is right next to the event village so it was buzzing with atmosphere and only a short walk from the finish line - I managed to get showered after the race and checked out by 12pm.
Staff were amazing, especially the gentleman who booked me in - he made me feel welcome and at home right away.
The road closures made it a nightmare to get out of the area though, but this isn't a reflection on the hotel - that's down to the race organisers just worth bearing in mind if you intend to park at the hotel (which is ample and free) and hope to make a quick getaway after the race in future years!
If I came back for a stay when there weren't road closures on, I'd happily drive and park here but if I come back for the race next year, I'd use the trams to ensure smoother travel."
"This was a great hotel - room was nice, breakfast was nice and it was in a convenient location for getting into Manchester quickly. There is a paid car park nearby which was convenient enough, and you get a discount if you validate the ticket at hotel reception. Oh, and there was a great view from the window!"
