"The hotel is simply superb! Responsive staff. We arrived tired in the morning, Lasha checked us in earlier than the allotted time, simply without words, we were able to rest. The room is clean, stylish, cozy. There is everything you need: a hair dryer, slippers, several sets of towels, slippers, sets with toothpaste/toothbrush, cotton pads, cotton swabs and even nail files. A wonderful woman who keeps the rooms clean, smiling, polite. Thank you. The breakfasts are simply incredible, they set a whole table, a girl and a guy, sorry, I didn’t ask their names, everything is very tasty, satisfying. Breakfasts were included in the price, but the variety of dishes simply impressed us. You can also have lunch/dinner. "We love our stay at Gudauri ski resort. The view in the morning is amazing. We only had problem while checking in because the location in google map is apparently slightly off. But other than that all are good. The owner also very kind to let us store our luggage after check out, bcs our tour picked us really late due to some road closure in Kazbegi. The security also very nice, he also give some recommendation for food and ski rental. He suggested us to eat at Good aura restaurant behind the hotel and it was nice indeed. Thanks"
