"One of the undeniable strengths of this hotel is its fantastic location. Situated near the city center, I found it convenient to explore the local attractions, shops, and halal restaurants. The proximity to public transportation made my travels around the city seamless. The rooms were comfortable. However, they don't provide complete amenities on the second night: couldn't find the small towel and sanitary bags."
"I stayed at the Zest Ambon by Swiss-Belhotel International in Ambon for one night from Sunday to October 5th. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It's incredibly conveniently located right in the city center, within easy reach of the government district, the port, and the shopping mall. Even if I needed a place to eat in the evening, there were restaurants within walking distance. While the room wasn't luxurious, it was clean and bright, with cool air conditioning, stable water pressure, and fast internet, making it a very comfortable stay. The staff was very polite, and the front desk lady was always smiling and helpful in calling taxis and recommending restaurants. Breakfast wasn't very extensive, but it was delicious, especially the Indonesian fried rice, which I ate two days in a row. The hotel's overall atmosphere was relaxed, with bright colors and a lively feel. While it doesn't have a pool or lounge bar, it's practical and affordable. The bed was so soft that I slept soundly all night. Overall, if you're in Ambon for business or a short trip, the Zest is a great choice. It's affordable, clean, and well-located. The only downside is that I was so comfortable that I almost forgot I was in transit before my flight."
"This hotel has very good value for the price and an interesting, modern concept. Rooms are not too big, but they offer what one needs, staff is friendly and ready to help if there is a need, the place is clean, breakfast buffet offers a nice choice and also during the day there is good choice of snacks or even a meal. WIFI was reliable and there is sufficient opportunity for on to recharge all electronic devices. Location is good to reach downtown in a short bus ride or a not too long walk. Recommend this place."
"Wonderfull stay in Kamari hotel. Central location, nice beds, good breakfast, very friendly staff! Just missing a shower curtain, fridge and safe. But for a few nights, it's perfect!"
"The breakfast is very rich, the hotel staff is very friendly, there are many restaurants nearby, and it is really convenient to live here. If you want to eat some fresh fish, it is also convenient to go to the beach."
"Clean room, in the city center, they have cafe offered delicious food and beverages with affordable price.
Suggest: please fix the door at the ladies toilet near the breakfast area, I got locked up and it's a little bit frustrating (after me, i also found a ladies screaming beg for someone's help)"
"The room is not spacious but it's comfy enough. It's clean because it's a new building. However, there's no hanger in the bathroom. The wifi is not working. We got a room on the third floor, but there's no elevator, consider this if you have senior guests. Overall, it's a nice place to stay."
"Several times without hot water, some things don't work. I spent a week"
