View from apartment was good. Not sufficient utensils. Only spoons and no forks. Sofa and single mattress stained. Found rubbish inside and under coffee table not cleaned. Wall socket beside sofa not working. Communication with staff was good!

Location was excellent with the seafood places being just 3-5 mins walk behind the hotel. Many eateries and spas/massage parlours around.
Room was spacious, was given the room with bath tub although didnt book for it. View was okay. Also gotten high level of 9 so when the pubs were blasting music, cant be heard from our level.
Overall everything was good but only the bedsheet & blankets has stains thats wasnt cleaned. Dont think they washed the bedsheets thoroughly or not at all cause the stains seems to be there for quite a long time. There was even bloodstain on my side of bedsheet

The hotel is okay, here is what I feel
Advantage- 10-15 mins grab ride to nagoya hill and Grand batam mall
- The room is spacious
- Check in and check out is fast
- Staff is friendly
Disadvantage
-There is a long wall in the centre of room that block the TV and sofa
- Hotel is just facing opp Hospital
- Aircon room is Spoilt, no matter which temperature I switch the aircon still can't feel end up I sleeping w/o aircon
- Breakfast buffet not much Selection and the food so so

Counter staff can communicate in english. Quiet hotel, hotel breakfast okay, location is a bit far from the city. Must grab if go out. Unexpected that hotel is giving the free hi-tea set to us however we couldn’t make it.
Bed is kinda soft and not really support our back. Overall is good.

So glad to pick this very new hotel in Batam. A value stay that is not compromising on comfort and size. Breakfast was sumptuous with ala carte local or western breakfast freshly cooked on order. Pretty good for the price. Excellent service from the staff too, will highly consider this hotel again for my next visit.

The hotel location is convenient and easily accessible (walkable distance)from the Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal. There is a Chinese restaurant directly opposite the hotel, and a convenience store is also available nearby. The hotel staff are friendly and we also received welcome drinks. Hotel amenities and facilities are modern. The room was decent and clean to a certain extent as there were some minor stains on the bedsheet/bed cover. The water pressure for shower was good. However, the toilet floor still got wet easily due to the short coverage by the glass shower screen. Loud music and people singing could be heard at night as there was a club/pub nearby. This would be fine if you don’t sleep that early. Overall, the hotel is definitely value for money and the location is great!!

MMitchybaoI had a great time with my family at Batam Marriott to celebrate my birthday. The service was amazing and the staffs were thoughtful. We like the location as it is just next to the ferry jetty. Many restaurants near the hotel too. The gym and swimming pool are clean and new. Thank you for the special birthday cake!

MMyQWent batam for 3 days 2 nights.. first night at 4 points and 2nd night at marriott to celebrate my birthday this month.. booked stay and dine (either lunch or dinner for 2pax). I was caught in surprises as there is miscommunication within the hotel team about the dining that causes some disappointment.. luckily, that's a young interm with the name ”Natalia” that came to ask about our stay during breakfast that we manage to voice up about the dinner.. I feel much better after talking to them, and they offered us the BBQ dinner as compensation.. I am happy with their sincerity and close the case without taking their compensation. It's very good following up and having a good stay in 4 points as the room is very clean.. Can consider to go back if going to batam again

BBIN SAIMI arrived early at 1030am and went to the reception. Fortunately room was available on the lower floors which I don’t mind. Check in was fast, staff were friendly. The room was huge with all the amenities and a huge bathtub with a strong and hot shower. Bed was comfortable with 4 huge pillows. Safe and fridge in the room which was carpeted. Swimming pool was big with a well equipped gym. My first stay here and will definitely be back.

GGuest UserLocation is good, near harbour bay ferry terminal, about 2 mins walk. But hotel is abit too noisy especially in the morning on the ground floor. The noise along corridor can be heard clearly, as if
it’s just outside my room. At night can’t sleep early and morning woken by loud noises. Breakfast nothing much, simple, can’t complain for the price paid. Next time will try 2nd or 3rd rooms, these rooms are much bigger so don’t think noise can be heard clearly. For location convenience, highly recommended.

I didn't get an Extra Bed as indicated in my room reservation. The reception said all extra beds were taken up. It seems the extra bed were granted to Guests on first-check-in-first-served basis. I ended up paid an additional room. Rooms are not sound proo. Noise from construction works across the road that continue working through the night and music from the Night Market disturbed our sleep.
Breakfast was good but wish to have more varieties.

PPamDown side: No signs or directions provided to walk from harbour bay to hotel once you are on the road, we ended walking round n round. 2) Staff promised to call or text me when rooms are ready to check in failed to do so. overall check in not good.
Plus points: welcome cakes with personalised note to greet us. 2) discount for spa services to complimentary 1hr massage as service recovery for poor check in experience. Cleanliness can be improved as bath towel was a little yellow.

GGuest UserThere are no malls nearby so we pretty much grab everywhere. The malls are not that far via vehicle but the distance to walk is a no-no. Grab doesn't cost you much though and on a positive note, you can get your grab real quick. Breakfast spread was good. We enjoyed the live station for the fried rice and noodles. It was delicious. Chef was really nice and handed our plates directly to our table when it wasn't too busy. Bottomline, mum really likes the room and food so all is good 😄

GGuest UserBed ok, room bright and easy to sleep in, compared to similar priced hotel in the area..water pressure is OK. Shower also good..wifi also good and stable... Cheapest in the area.. Maybe because no lift... If you have no problem climbing stairs, it should be OK..
Location quite strategic.. Not too far from the harbour bay ferry terminal.. Same block with morning glory coffee shop, money exchange and minimart..
