"I give a rating based on the room I ordered, not overall, I'm sure that overall all categories are at Five Star, coincidentally I got a room called the tree house which is at the very end of this resort. the place is okay. With a traditional ***a design, it's good for a family vacation, but the location is on the edge of being a challenge for us because it feels like a test of courage hehe... the rest is cool, the service is okay... the facilities need to be improved in this tree house."

"Old hotel but well maintained one. Clean sheets, toilet and furniture, no bad smell or dust at room.
They have only 2 floors and no elevators.
Breakfast buffet menus and tastes are good.
At kids pool, they have slide, kid surely will love it.
I stayed at suite room, there is a big bathtub."

"This is our random encounter to this hotel.
The hotel provides warm swimming pool both for children and adult pool. There is kid’s club, not too big but necessary. The room is spacious and okay.
The rain shower didn’t work well but there is another shower so no biggie. What I like the most is the quietness in the room during night so we can have a good night sleep.
One lamp didn’t went off, so we ask the maintenance guy to fix the lamp. The response is quite swift.
The breakfast is just okay. I expect more for 4 star hotels."
