"When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. "Hotel is located at a strategic area and within walking distance to many restaurants opposite it. Kedai Soto Ibu Rahayu, Butterfield, Yujo, Tanmu Coffee, Padre Italian are the few restaurants nearby Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Their staff are ever ready to assist and greeted me every time I see them on my way out or return to the hotel. That's hospitality and welcome of first class! Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong, bed comfortable and there's really no fault with the accommodation. Breakfast was reasonably good with mixture of local and Western food. A good stay and I shall return when I visit Bogor. Cheers to the staff as they make you feel welcome."

"The hotel facilities are well kept.Fantastic 360º high floor views overlooking Bogor area. Many intetesting retaurants and eating houses are close by. Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Shopping malls and China town are not too far. Enjoyed my 3 nights stay golfing trips."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The location was decent, with a few convenience stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel facilities were satisfactory, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to assist when needed. The main downside was that the rooms felt a bit dated, with visible marks and scratches on the walls. The bath towels were also of poor quality and didn’t dry you very well after a shower. Aside from that, the general facilities were acceptable, and I wouldn’t mind returning."

View to the Mountain is superb and hotel lfacilities still well maintained. Amenities provided is very basic eventhough good enough.
