We're Stay in Grand Pasundan Hotel for one night . The service are quitely good . Honestly at a first impression we don't things stay in here are best chosen coz we only knew if this one of an old hotel in bandung. But than we're really surprise for the service . The Staff are so friendly than we think . And The Hotel Ornament are so unique quietly . We are asking for the late check out and mineral water this noon to the front office staff without any charge and she serve us so politely and kind . tq for treating us so well we felt like home . We do recommend to stay in this hotel . And the last we would like to thanks to Ms. Ria for the mineral water .

I don't know where to start with my review of Harris Hotel. The room was fabulous and clean, and the food was delicious. My family loved it as well. The mall is literally inside the hotel, so you just walk for 1 minute and you are at the mall. It's easy to find whatever you want for family and kids, from entertainment to food.
The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The amenities offered by the hotel are top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the modern facilities.
I did not have the chance to try the spa or the massage, but I will definitely try them out when I book again at Harris Hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, and I felt truly welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for the great hospitality. Great job!

Only 1 problem is the smell of urine from the bathroom (the source seems to be from the bathroom hexos which either works or not).. But overall it's pretty ok for staying here...

The guest house is quite difficult to find although easily accessible by car because of it's location inside a housing complex. Asking security the direction/using navigation app should solve it.
The interior design feels vibrant with the combination of colourful and rich furnitures. The bedroom and shower room are very clean. The only amenities they provided are soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
As for the breakfast itself... it was OK, although not suitable for my taste.
The only downside for my point of view is in the evening, many youngsters would hang out on the porch, having conversations and smoking while the room itself is not completely soundproof nor smokeproof.
Overall, it's a recommended place to stay either for business trip, vacation, or short stay.
Oh! Don't forget there is a small kitten ready to accompany :)

Budget hotel. The slight downside is that the cigarette smoke in the middle room on the 3rd floor is very heavy and smelly, there are windows but they are not opened. Maybe there are guests who have smoked there because it is prohibited in the room. Room cleanliness, bed linen, AC are all okay. Location on a big road but not in the city center. Free drinking water is provided in gallons. Going up to the 3rd floor there are no stairs.

From the outside of the hotel it looks ordinary, but when it comes inside, it turns out that the atmosphere is comfortable, the meeting room is also large and nice, the room design is interesting, the staff is friendly and good, quick to ask for help
