"I chose this hotel after reading many reviews from my country. The hotel is beautiful, located on a hill with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included Padang-style dishes. However, the hotel is a bit old and has carpeted rooms, which I’m not particularly fond of. Nevertheless, it’s fine as I’m only staying for a night before heading out to explore tomorrow."

"Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi."

"This hotel soo comfort. I stay for 2 nights and they will topup wter bottle and neat your room next day. The linen so fragrant. Breakfast also so good. Variety of porridge. Staff also very polite. Very recommended👍"

If you want to go to Gadang, it's also near about 10 minutes. The service is friendly. Clean too. Just parking mepet2. Breakfast is normal."
