"We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi."

"we stayed in room 511, but there was quite a disturbing noise from the next wall because their workers were doing the construction of a new building, I thought it was only until 5 pm, it turned out to continue until 8 pm"

"This seems to be the 5th time I have stayed at the hotel fort. The first time we chose to stay here because the price is right & very close to the stockade & zoo. If you want to go to Gadang, it's also near about 10 minutes. The service is friendly. Clean too. Just parking mepet2. Breakfast is normal."

LLooi STThis hotel is located in the centre of the main tourist precinct, with shops, restaurants and other facilities just a short stroll away. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The only drawback to the hotel is that its facilities are pretty basic. The bathroom came without a sink, and the white lighting didn't give off comfortable vibes.

NNurma WulansariA bit disappointed, Booking 2 rooms on the trip app but once checking in the customer service information that the room booked was empty and offered another room with an additional cost of 100 million, we could refuse but because it was already night and we were reluctant to agree.
Gusthouse is new so it is still clean but the facilities are not complete like TV.

Hotel is in a aging building which needs much renovation. Can be musky when weather is extremely wet. Breakfast is at adjacent Monopoli Hotel.
Location is right at centre of town. Heritage building has good photo opportunities, at the inn and the adjacent hotel.

In overall, the location is quite good, i can see mountain view from my balcony window. Room space also big enough for me and my family. Receptionist and the team were very friendly too.

HHONG LIANRoom a bit old need to upkeep. There are many small cockroaches in all our rooms. Bedsheet, pillowcases & towels are yellowish in color.
