"The location is strategic and near to the other attraction places. The room just an okay but the bed is comfortable. I booked a family cottage room but the staircase quite steep and don't think suitable for an elder or child. Overall, just an okay stay."

"We came late at night and its really dark. So scaryyy. The hotel itself quite old. But it's big . I think its worth the price. No aircond no fan cs it's already cold. They provide bathtub, hot showers and other toiletries. We just went there for a night rest so it's good."

"Room is big and clean but outside can be quite noisy during the evening to the night with other staying guests playing outside around the swimming pool area. I like the buffet breakfast which I called it too sumptuous. Better be careful if one is concern about taking care of their waistline."

"No Wi-Fi. Nearby there is a villa where young people sing karaoke and play the guitar every day, sometimes until 1-2 am, this makes it difficult to sleep. I hope the situation will change.
Beautiful view from the second floor (take a room on the second) of the volcano. For a short stay this is a good place."

GGuest UserGreat place to stay. Very quiet and chill. Only downside was the flushing toilet did not work properly, the hand washing sink's pipe was not properly installed, the speed of the shower was not fast enough and hot water sometimes was limited (maybe because we did not know how to operate it well). Overall, with quite an affordable price, I can't complain much 👍
Also, they allowed me to borrow their water host to clean my car before checking out on their reception yard.
