We come from a terrible experience at the previous hotel. And the truth is that we were super comfortable here. We had a problem in the room with hot water on the second night. Seeing that the breakdown was serious and there was no quick fix. And they gave us the option to shower in another location where such a service was available. The pool is very good, and the staff is super friendly and they try to help you with everything we ask of them. The location is a little far from the port area, which is where the city life is. But in favor is that it gives a lot of calm and tranquility. I recommend it without a doubt if you take a motorcycle or transport. By the way, we had a motorcycle that they arranged for us within 30 minutes of our arrival at the hotel at the same price as what was available later in the city.

I got more than I expected.
Good place to stay for few nights in Bajo.
But guys you need to turn off extremely bright lights on balconies at night time.
Even blackout curtains doesn't help to make room dark with this lights.

I recently stayed at Bintang Flores Hotel and was impressed. The location offers stunning views of the harbor, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. The view from deluxe room is just perfect. Impossible to explain with words, you just have to see it with your own eyes.
Location is good, quite and cozy. Hotel has a restaurant, but unfortunately there are no vegetarian options. However right in front of hotel you find a very nice Pizzeria&Bar (highly recommended).
Breakfast doesn’t have many options as well, everything simple, but still ok. The view from the restaurant is also adorable.
Wi-Fi is weak and not everywhere.
Swimming pool is big, clean, pretty deep and not busy. The sea is right in front of hotel.
Area is green and clean, a lot of trees, it’s definitely nice place to stay. Absolutely worth it. I’ve enjoyed every minute.

GGuest UserRoom was spacious, equipped with a fridge, big sofa, dining desk, chairs, TV, good WiFi, balcony and cloth dryer rack. Hotel also provider filtered water. Very friendly service. Location is within walking distance to harbor, restaurants, cafe, view point. Recommended.

GGuest UserThe place was great and affordable for a family getaway. The pool in our room was adequate sized and clean. Be ready for lots of mosquitoes. But the hotel was kind enough to provide us with aerosol sprays. Shower area was great but there were some stains on the WC lid cover. The food could be improved alot. It was subpar. Otherwise staff were very helpful and even prepared a breakfast pack for us before we went on our excursion to komodo island.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s ambiance was lovely, starting with a breezy, open-air lobby that immediately set a relaxing tone. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, although it didn’t have a view. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast—great selection with an incredible view to match! There was a small gym, though it could use a bit more equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.

GGuest UserTHIS IS THE PLACE! Conveniently located, clean hotel with extremely attentive staff. This is one of the few places where i did not feel the need to keep my sandals to take a shower. Bathroom was visibly well cleaned, as well as floors and bedding. Room is stocked with the standard 2 water bottles. Unlike many other hotels, this one has an elevator. Friendly staff are always waiting at the 24-hour front desk and just outside the lobby to help with anything. Pretty well insulated from outside noise despite being on the main street. Only minor issue is air conditioner is positioned a distance from the bed but we resolved that by closing the bathroom door to minimize loss of air flow. Would absolutely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe best part of staying at this place was that it does have a private beach that you can snorkel from and relax and watch the sunsetting. However, the resort is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. You can get a car from the resort most of the time without too much of a wait for the cost of $10 AUD each way. However, we did have to find our own way back from the town centre after 10pm and paid local drivers more. You will need to go into the town centre every day because unfortunately the resort restaurant is awful. The service and food were very disappointing and well below average. We had breakfast included with our stay and only ate breakfast there once. There are many great restaurants and bars in surrounding hotels and town centre and I would recommend using those. Our room was quite nice, although the bathroom was mouldy and grimy in places. The staff were friendly.

While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for.
As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain.
Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha.
Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path.
Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time.
Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands)
Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

GGuest UserThe hotel offers a range of services (hotel transfer, via speedboat, snorkeling in their exclusive coral reef, etc. ) and the staff is very welcoming, making travelers feel special guests.
The island is perfect for relaxation, allowing guests to connect with other guests if they want, as the number of rooms/bungalows is limited. The beach and coral reef are immaculate and very safe from dangerous currents allowing close approach with colorful fish, sea turtles and other tropical marine creatures.
Facilities are well maintained and the limited wifi (mostly accessible from the restaurant area) means that you can stay isolated from the external world and connect to it only when you want to.
Price is very reasonable for the excellence of the service provided. Ideal for couples or single travellers looking for tranquility.
